There are 74 Skysplit Gembloom in Natlan, the majority of which are found around the volcano in the Atocpan region. Many of these may be discovered north of the Atocpan region, as well as south of the volcano, near the artifact domain.
49 Skysplit Gembloom can be found in the Atocpan region, with the remaining 25 in the Ancient Sacred Mountain.

From here, you must progress through the Nahuatzin's Leap and Chronicler of the Crumbling City quest lines to unlock the multiple areas mentioned below and obtain access to the Skysplit Gembloom.

Skysplit Gembloom is used to ascend Skirk and Varesa to her next ascension level. You must collect 168 of these blooms to ascend her to the maximum level.
Skysplit Gembloom Respawn Time
Respawn time is 48 hours
Skysplit Gembloom reset exactly 48 hours after you collect them. Relog the game or teleport from the farthest waypoint and check the location once more to see it spawn.
