There are 74 Skysplit Gembloom in Natlan, the majority of which are found around the volcano in the Atocpan region. Many of these may be discovered north of the Atocpan region, as well as south of the volcano, near the artifact domain.

49 Skysplit Gembloom can be found in the Atocpan region, with the remaining 25 in the Ancient Sacred Mountain.

1-2		Found on a liquid Phlogiston lake east of the Atocpan region, near a Tatankasaur and Matador Monetoo.
3-4		Within the same liquid Phlogiston lake near the waypoint.
5-6		Located just below the waypoint, one near a tree and the other just below the cliff with the other tree.
7-9		Continue south of the previous Gembloom to find three more.
10		In the same area as the previous Gemblooms, near a large ash tree and a floating structure.
11-12		Located north of Fallingstar Fields, next to a painted rock.
13		Slightly west of the previous Gemblooms, across a tribal warrior camp.
14-16		Go to the waypoint on the shore north-west of the Fallingstar Fields. Then, from the waypoint, head east along the shore to find three more Gembloom near a tribal warrior camp.
17-18		Located north of the waypoint in the Fallingstar Fields.
19-20		Can be found west across the waypoint in the Fallingstar Fields, next to a small rock.
21		Also found in the Fallingstar Fields, near a geothermal vent.
22-24		Found next to a geothermal vent west of the volcano.
25-26		Located north of the waypoint, near a tribal warrior camp.
27-28		Head south from the previous Gembloom to find two more near an NPC called Runtuma.
29-31		Located north of the Derelict Masonry Dock artifact domain, near the Shrine of Depths.
32-34		Go west from the shrine of depths to find three more Gemblooms.
35		Located in the same location as the previous ones, next to a Fatui camp.
36-39		In the same Fatui camp near the artifact domain, hidden among Phlogiston rocks.
40-41		Can be found on an island south of the Atocpan region, next to the teleport waypoint. You can get here by indwelling a Koholasaurus in the artifact domain and swimming your way to the island.
42		Continue south from the island waypoint to find another one near a small pool of water.
43-48		Then six more are found past the previous Gembloom. Three of them are hidden within a shrub, while the other three are by a stone.
49		Head west from the last Gemblooms to find the last one on the island among some rubble.

Ancient Sacred Mountain Skysplit Gembloom Locations

From here, you must progress through the Nahuatzin's Leap and Chronicler of the Crumbling City quest lines to unlock the multiple areas mentioned below and obtain access to the Skysplit Gembloom.

55-57		Located near the waypoint in the Sea of Shifting Sentience.

60-62		Continue south from the waypoint to find three more beside a Phlogiston device.
63-65		The final three Gemblooms on this island are located just west of the previous ones, at the back of the island.
66-68		Located near the first waypoint in Flame-Melding Ritual Ground, alongside a group of Tatankasaurus.
69-71		Continue along the path to the next waypoint to find three more Gemblooms.
72-74		Located beneath the three stone platforms and features a floating orb.
