Deacon of Mondstadt's Church of Favonius

Dahlia is a Deacon of Mondstadt's Church of Favonius, meaning he works with both Rosaria and Barbara as colleagues.

He is also shown to be personally friendly with Venti, and is aware of Venti's true identity as Barbatos. They often go drinking together as friends!

Drawn to Disturbances and Troubles

According to Dahlia's introduction post, he's often drawn to disturbances and troubles as part of his job as Deacon of the church. People believe he is favored by Barbatos and go to him for advice.
