| 2-Piece Effect | When a nearby party member triggers a Nightsoul Burst, the equipping character regenerates 6 Elemental Energy. |
| 4-Piece Effect | After the equipping character triggers a reaction, all nearby party members gain a 12% Elemental DMG Bonus for the involved Elemental Types for 15s. If the equipping character is in the Nightsoul's Blessing state when triggering this effect, all party members gain an additional 28% Elemental DMG bonus for the Elemental Types involved in the reaction for 20s. |
Supportive Set for Natlan Characters
Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City set effect provides Elemental DMG bonus buffs to the party as long as the wearer triggers an Elemental Reaction. Characters whose Elements are involved in the resulting Elemental Reaction will be buffed, so in a Vaporize situation, the Pyro and Hydro characters involved in that reaction would get the benefits.
However, Natlan characters are the only ones who can use Nightsoul Burst and Blessing required for its full effects.

Nightsoul Burst and Blessing are mechanics unique to Natlan characters as well, so we may expect off-field supports from this region to use this set.

She still has to get to 50 Nighstoul points by using her Elemental Burst and triggering Nightsoul Burst to activate her off-field ability. • Best for Melt, good for Freeze teams. These Elemental Reactions with her off-field ability naturally activates this set-piece. |

Obtain from the Sanctum of Rainbow Spirits Artifact Domain
Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City can be obtained from the Domain of Blessing - Sanctum of Rainbow Spirits, an artifact domain in Natlan's Toyac Springs Region. Along with the other artifact sets, Obsidian Codex, they are the first artifact introduced in the region of Natlan in Version 5.0!

You can get a maximum of 4 bonus substats on any individual artifact piece by enhancing it. The bonus stats you get will be random and will not include the artifact's main stat.
Once a 5-star artifact has 4 substats, every 4 levels of enhancement will upgrade one of the available substats randomly. You can get a total of 4-5 substat upgrades.
