2-Piece Effect	When a nearby party member triggers a Nightsoul Burst, the equipping character regenerates 6 Elemental Energy.
4-Piece Effect	After the equipping character triggers a reaction, all nearby party members gain a 12% Elemental DMG Bonus for the involved Elemental Types for 15s. If the equipping character is in the Nightsoul's Blessing state when triggering this effect, all party members gain an additional 28% Elemental DMG bonus for the Elemental Types involved in the reaction for 20s.

Supportive Set for Natlan Characters

Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City set effect provides Elemental DMG bonus buffs to the party as long as the wearer triggers an Elemental Reaction. Characters whose Elements are involved in the resulting Elemental Reaction will be buffed, so in a Vaporize situation, the Pyro and Hydro characters involved in that reaction would get the benefits.

However, Natlan characters are the only ones who can use Nightsoul Burst and Blessing required for its full effects.

Iansan	• Nighstoul Blessing state upon using her Elemental Skill. Has to use her plunge and trigger a reaction to activate the set piece. • Requires DPS characters who move a lot to recharge her Nightsoul points.
Citlali	• Nightsoul Blessing state upon using her Elemental Skill. She still has to get to 50 Nighstoul points by using her Elemental Burst and triggering Nightsoul Burst to activate her off-field ability. • Best for Melt, good for Freeze teams. These Elemental Reactions with her off-field ability naturally activates this set-piece.
Ororon	• Nightsoul Blessing state upon hitting an enemy with his Elemental Skill. • Off-field Nightsoul-aligned attacks when DMG from a Natlan character or Electro-Charged reaction occurs.
Kachina	• As a Sub-DPS who can off-field using Turbo Twirly, triggering Crystallize would activate the set effects to herself and the Element mixed by the Crystallize reaction.
Xilonen	• As a RES shredder, Xilonen can utilize this artifact set to boost that advantage further by pairing her innate RES shred with Scroll's Elemental DMG Bonus.
