Anonymous about 1 yearUseful item in low AR when you have trash artifacts, no synergy in your team and lvl 1 talents. At around AR 30 it starts falling behind your character's personal damage, and by AR 40 it's outright useless. Your build has to unfathomably horrible for this weapon to noticeably contribute to your damage past that.

I use this since my R5 Proto Amber is taken by Baizhu now, and I hate the RNG with Widsith. It isn't that great but it's somewhat manageable since i already have low ER requirements on my Neuvi so I don't need the energy from Proto Amber. Hopefully they rerun Neuvi in early 6.x so I can finally get his weapon and C1.
