The Thundering Fury set effect is powerful due to its boost on Electro DMG and Electro-related reactions. The effects will still be triggered even if the equipping character is not on field.
Reduces Elemental Skill Cooldown
Triggering Quicken, Electro-Charged, Overloaded, Superconduct, and Hyperbloom will also decrease the CD of the Elemental Skill by 1s.
However, if the equipped character is not on the field at the time of the elemental reaction, this effect will not be activated.

• Fischl's overall Electro damage will increase in the 2-piece set and applying Electro-related reactions would scale her damage. • In addition, since Fischl's elemental skill has a long CD, triggering reactions will decrease its CD. |
 Beidou
|
• Beidou's main stat is Electro DMG Bonus so a 2-piece set would scale her damage further. |
 Razor
|
• Using the 2-Piece Set on Razor increases the Electro DMG dealt by his Elemental Skill and Burst. This allows you to equip a different 2-Piece Set to increase his Physical DMG. |
 Keqing
|
• Keqing's Electro DMG when she uses her elemental burst or skill will get more powerful through the 2-piece set effect. |
 Cyno
|
• Helps refresh Cyno's Elemental Skill during his Elemental Burst, letting him deal more damage and create more Electro Energy Particles. |

Sacrifice three 5-Star Artifacts to obtain an Artifact Strongbox, which contains a random Thundering Fury piece.

Effects with a * can both be a set value and a percentage. For Example: ATK +10, ATK+10%
You can get a maximum of 4 bonus substats on any individual artifact piece by enhancing it. The bonus stats you get will be random and will not include the artifact's main stat.
Once a 5-star artifact has 4 substats, every 4 levels of enhancement will upgrade one of the available substats randomly. You can get a total of 4-5 substat upgrades.

Anonymous almost 2 yearsThis benefits other non electro characters too who wants short Elemental skill CD when its Electro-Charged, Overloaded, and Superconduct. Just ignoring electro dmg by 2 pcs so focusing at 4pcs and aformentioned reactions made by electro/dendro and etc characters is a must on a team.

The elemental reactions within 4pcs thundering fury can do 40% DMG + 20% DMG by aggravate. Not to mention decreasing 1s CD at the same time per reaction. This is hugely GREAT for any Electro characters.
