The Thundering Fury set effect is powerful due to its boost on Electro DMG and Electro-related reactions. The effects will still be triggered even if the equipping character is not on field.

Reduces Elemental Skill Cooldown

Triggering Quicken, Electro-Charged, Overloaded, Superconduct, and Hyperbloom will also decrease the CD of the Elemental Skill by 1s.

However, if the equipped character is not on the field at the time of the elemental reaction, this effect will not be activated.

Fischl	• Fischl's overall Electro damage will increase in the 2-piece set and applying Electro-related reactions would scale her damage. • In addition, since Fischl's elemental skill has a long CD, triggering reactions will decrease its CD.
Beidou	• Beidou's main stat is Electro DMG Bonus so a 2-piece set would scale her damage further.
Razor	• Using the 2-Piece Set on Razor increases the Electro DMG dealt by his Elemental Skill and Burst. This allows you to equip a different 2-Piece Set to increase his Physical DMG.
Keqing	• Keqing's Electro DMG when she uses her elemental burst or skill will get more powerful through the 2-piece set effect.
Cyno	• Helps refresh Cyno's Elemental Skill during his Elemental Burst, letting him deal more damage and create more Electro Energy Particles.
