Andrius (Lupus Boreas) is located in the middle of a colosseum-like structure in Wolvendom, Mondstadt. Since Andrius technically doesn't have a Trounce Domain, you can't teleport to the location directly.
Trounce Domain Guide
The fastest way to get to Andrius (Lupus Boreas) is by teleporting to the Cecilia Garden domain, which is just above Andrius' location. Teleporting to Cecilia Garden and making your way south until you reach Andrius is faster than teleporting to the two nearby waypoints.
You of course need to have the Cecilia Garden Domain unlocked before you can teleport to it. Here's our full guide for more information:

Having a Pyro and Electro character in your party will let you overload Andrius and deal extra damage to him. We recommend using a strong, Pyro DPS character who deals big damage in bursts so you can get through the challenge quickly.
We also highly recommend bringing shields and healing characters. This is extra useful for the second phase of the Lupus Boreas fight, where he stays still in one spot. If you have good shields and heals, you can keep hitting Andrius without worrying about getting knocked out!

Noelle | Amber | Lisa | Xiangling |
We have Noelle, Amber, Lisa, and Xiangling as the best free-to-play team because of the Pyro Resonance and because of Noelle's all-around utility.
Noelle will be your shields, your healer, and your main DPS! Amber, Lisa, and Xiangling are there to give you the extra damage boost you need to defeat Andrius.
Most of Lupus Boreas' attacks will only hit anyone standing on frozen ground. Use this as a reference and stay away from the frozen floor so you dodge Andrius' incoming attacks!
Lupus Boreas' attacks are mostly close-range. We recommend attacking Andrius from a distance using bow characters! If you don't have any well-built bow characters, you can also just dash in and out of attack range to deliver your blows.

When Lupus Boreas' HP is redcuded by half, he will immediately move to phase two and start with some charging attacks.
Use this time to replenish your stamina and wait for your abilities to cooldown. This way you can immediately use your Elemental Skills and Bursts to take Andrius down once he'ss vulnerable to your attacks again.
Defeating the Dominator of Wolves is much easier in Co-op mode, with friends bringing any characters you're missing! Check out our Friends and Co-Pp boards to find other players to fight Lupus Boreas with!

Phase 1 (Above 50% HP) | Phase 2 (Below 50% HP) |
A front swipe attack that can be easily avoided by stepping back to get out of its range.
You can look at the frozen ground to check if you are within its range. This will allow you to avoid this attack and do some chip damage from a distance using your bow.
A slow yet powerful pounce attack that Lupus Boreas sometimes performs. Since the frozen ground can be seen in advance when Lupus Boreas is about to perform this attack, you can avoid this by moving out of the frozen ground.
A fast-moving charge attack that takes a few seconds to perform. You can avoid this by moving left or right
A powerful ground slam followed-up by an ice attack that goes on a straight line. Running left or right will allow you to avoid this attack because of its long charge-up time.
An ice shard that will fall from the sky from time to time during phase 2. Avoid this by immediately moving to any direction when a blue circle starts to appear on the ground.

It's kind of sad to see some of the older weekly bosses get left behind for team option updates bc these alternative characters are all only from a certain point :/ would love to see some of the newer characters get added as team options here especially since coming up with team comps for bosses can be a bit of a struggle for me on low energy days (I'm disabled and my energy levels + mental clarity varies on a day to day basis, these guides help but only so much when they get left behind)
