Off-Field Hydro and Electro Buffer in Phase 1

Xianyun and Varesa are Trial Characters for Phase 1, meaning you only need off-field Hydro applicators such as Furina, Yelan, or Xingqiu to complete the required elements! For the fourth member, you can choose a second Electro buffer such as Iansan or Ororon.

Overloaded Team for Phase 2

In the second half, the stage requires Overloaded team comps, meaning Pyro characters such as Mavuika or Bennett are good choices to support Varesa alongside the provided Trial Chevreuse, and another Electro of your choice.

Burning Team in Phase 1

For Phase 1, you need Pyro characters like Xiangling, Bennett, Thoma, or Dehya to pair up with Kinich to form a Burning Team. Along with Emilie as the other trial character, a burning team comp will further enhance the overall DMG of Kinich as your main DPS.

Burgeon Team for Phase 2

For Phase 2, you will need to have a double Hydro or Dendro to form a Burgeon Team. Recommended characters to be paired up with Kinich would be Mavuika, Furina, Baizhu, or Kokomi.

Vaporize and Geo Shield in Phase 1

The first half of the fourth stage has Yelan and Hu Tao as the Trial Characters, encouraging Vaporize team comps. The required elements also allow for Geo such as Zhongli to provide a shield, and you can choose another Pyro or Hydro support as the 4th member.

Hyperbloom in Phase 2

For the second phase of Stage 4, Nahida is a Trial Character, meaning you only need an Electro character and a Main DPS to complete a Hyperbloom team! Preferably, you would have a second Dendro with an off-field Electro applicator like Kuki Shinobu or Fischl.

Aggravate for Phase 1

Electro and Dendro are the only allowed Elements for this stage with Clorinde and Nahida as the trial characters. Run Fischl as she is Clorinde's best partner for Normal Attack synergy and Electro resonance for Energy, then run another defensive Dendro like Baizhu, Yaoyao, or Kirara for the Dendro Resonance and some off-field prescence outside of Nahida.

Electro-Charged for Phase 2

For the second half, you will be forced to run Electro-Charged with Clorinde and Furina as the featured trial characters.

Ororon will be replacing Fischl for this half as he specializes in Electro-Charged, and he can also battery Clorinde with his Energy Regeneration passive. In addition, Ororon's Elemental Burst will cause enemies to be taunted to the center of its area of effect, which makes it easier for you to cleave attacks and cause Electro-Charged.

Double-Pyro and Geo Teams in Phase 1

First half favors double-Pyro and Geo teams with Mavuika and Navia against Cryo (mainly) and Geo enemies. If you wish to use Navia, Mavuika acts as a quick-swap off-field Sub-DPS.

As you start with zero energy, we prefer Pyro Traveler or Bennett as the Pyro partner instead of Xiangling. You can then run Xilonen or an off-fielder like Kachina so you can activate both Pyro and Geo resonance.

While unoptimal due to the Cryo enemies, do take note that Hydro is also available for First Half, so you may also run Furina teams as well.

Melt in Phase 2

The last half of event favors Melt reaction with Mavuika as your Main DPS and Citlali driving the reaction. If you've already used either Xilonen or Bennett, you can run other Cryo supports like Rosaria and Layla instead.

As the starting enemy will be the Biting-Cold Wayob Manifestation, we recommend reaching 4000 on the first half as this enemy will likely stall your second half due to your team starting with zero energy.

GG. I guess that's the best choice indeed.

It was for both phases of Stage 1, I was able to get through it with Ororon, as you suggested.
