Set the time between 8:00 - 12:00 two days later (in-game) and Talk to Sucrose. She will be near the fountain

Follow the quest marker to find Collei.

Go inside the library to try and look for Lisa.

Find a group of adventurers within the Quest Area. They can be found near an old tower.
