Vourukasha's Glow	2-Piece: HP +20% 4-Piece: Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst DMG will be increased by 10%. After the equipping character takes DMG, the aforementioned DMG Bonus is increased by 80% for 5s. This effect increase can have 5 stacks. The duration of each stack is counted independently. These effects can be triggered even when the equipping character is not on the field.

Vourukasha's Glow is Dehya's Best Artifact for increasing her damage. This Artifact Set is best used for Dehya either as a Main DPS or Sub-DPS. However, if you use Dehya's Elemental Burst often and find yourself requiring a high Energy Recharge%, you may want to stick with the Emblem of Severed Fate.

Vourukasha's Glow is Great for Nilou

The 2pc. effect of Vourukasha's Glow is a much-needed stat increase for maximizing Nilou's Bountiful Core damage when equipped with a 2pc. Tenacity of the Millelith for a total 40% HP bonus.

Nilou can also use this artifact as a 4pc. set if she is played as an on-field unit.

Not Great Without Self-Damage Mechanics

Unfortunately, Vourukasha's Glow isn't good for characters whose Elemental Skills or Bursts have some sort of off-field damage effect. This is because of its strict requirement that needs the unit using the artifact to take damage.
