The Thunder Manifestation can only be unlocked after completing the Seirai Stormchasers Chain Quest! After completing Part IV of the series, the location of Thunder Manifestation will unlock and become visible on your map.
The Thunder Manifestation is the boss enemy for Day 1 of Feast of the Departed Warriors event in Version 3.7, the Descaling: Thundering Grief.
Thunder Manifestation boss, in the form of an Electro Oceanid, is located in Seirai Island in Inazuma! This location for Thunder Manifestation will only appear after you have finished the prerequisite quests, Seirai Stormchasers.

Ranged users like Bow or Catalyst characters will be able to inflict damage from a distance, which allows you to dodge the Thunder Manifestation's attacks faster.

|Tartaglia||・Deals AoE Hydro DMG from his Elemental Burst.
・Inflict Riptide and attack from a distance to deal AoE DMG.

|Yanfei||・Can deal damage from afar with all her skills.
・Triggers Overloaded consistently.

・Hydro infusion from Elemental Skill allows for more Elemental Reactions.

・Can constantly trigger Swirl for additional DMG.

The Thunder Manifestation is constantly affected by Electro, making Elemental Reactions easy to trigger. Use Dendro characters such as Nahida or Alhaitham to trigger Dendro reactions against the Thunder Manifestation!
You can also use a Cryo or Pyro DPS when battling the Thunder Manifestation since Electro is weak to Cryo, and the Overloaded Reaction can deal more damage!

The Thunder Manifestation can lock on its chosen target, and whenever it activates its Enraged State, it will prioritize on attacking the marked player.
Whether playing in Co-Op or solo, make sure that the person marked by the Thunder Manifestation has a strong shield or dodging skills!
Before the Thunder Manifestation does attacks like the Electro Cage or Sky Blast, there will be an indicator on the ground so you can dodge in advance!
The Thunder Manifestation moves around the area quickly and is sometimes hovering too high for Claymore, Polearm, or Sword characters to attack it. So Bow and Catalyst characters are more likely to damage it more.
The Thunder Manifestation flies up high and dives downward in a swift dash. It bombs the area below it with Electro.
The Thunder Manifestation extends its wing, then lashes out with a broad slash.
The Thunder Manifestation summons four Electro Pillars to form a a four-cornered cage, walled-in by Electro.
The Thunder Manifestation summons three lightning zaps directly below its body.
The Thunder Manifestation summons two walls of Electro that close in to each other.

|An abnormal Electro elemental life form. Although it might appear similar to an Oceanid, it does not possess her intelligence or memories.
An elemental life form created as the avatar of thunderous indignation. It uses lightning attacks and its Strike Probes to lock on to its foes. If a locked-on target is present, the Thunder Manifestation will enter an enraged state and prioritize the annihilation of that target.

This boss is the Electro variation of the Oceanid. Like the original Oceanid, the Thunder Manifestation is a Field Boss that will require 40 Original Resin to claim its rewards!
