Strengths
• Excellent damage from her Elemental Skill, and this can be used twice per rotation with decent AoE, which is best used against bosses. • Comfortable playstyle, as her teams will almost always have a Crystallize shield up. • Her teams have easy access to free-to-play characters with minimal investment to supply her with Crystallize shards. • Access to elements other than Geo provides her with more flexibility in team building, and therefore not hindered by mono-Geo limitations.
Weaknesses
• Navia requires significant investment in her CRIT stats, failing to land a critical hit from her Elemental Skill can be a significant DPS loss. • Frontloaded damage means that teams where she is the main damage dealer will not have the same level of sustained DPS over time for longer fights, which evens out the exceptional burst damage from her Elemental Skill.

How to Use Navia

Normal Attack

Normal Attack: Blunt Refusal
Performs up to 4 consecutive strikes. Charge Attack Drains Stamina over time to perform continuos spinning attacks against all nearby opponents. At the end of the sequence, performs a more powerful slash.

Elemental Skill

Ceremonial Crystalshot

When she fires, Navia will consume all Crystal Shrapnel stacks and open her elegant yet lethal Gunbrella, firing multiple Rosula Shardshots that can penetrate opponents, dealing Geo DMG to opponents hit. When 0/1/2/3 or more stacks of Crystal Shrapnel are consumed, 5/7/9/11 Rosula Shardshots that strike a single opponent, the greater the DMG dealt to them. When all 11 Rosula Shardshots strike, 200% of the original amount of DMG is dealt. In addition, when more than 3 stacks of Crystal Shrapnel are consumed, every stack consume beyond those 3 will increase the damage dealt by this Gunbrella attack by an additional 15%. Hold Attack: Enter Aiming Mode, continually collecting Elemental Shards created by Crystallize reactions. When released, fire Rosula Shardshots with the same effect as when the skill is Tapped. Arkhe: Ousia Periodically, when Navia fires her Gunbrella, a Surging Blade will be summoned, dealing Ousia-aligned Geo DMG.

Activate Elemental Skill to Shoot Shrapnels

Activating her Elemental Skill shoots the Shrapnels, with the number of shots and damage based from the number of charges she has obtained.

Utilizes Crystallize

Navia's main source of damage in her Elemental Skill is influenced by the Crystallize reaction. Navia gains Crystal Shrapnels each time a party member picks up an Elemental Shard made from the Geo reaction.

Hold to Absorb Crystallize Shards

You can also choose to hold your Elemental Skill, allowing you to not have to run around and get the Crystallize shards.

Off-Field Elemental Applicators are Recommended

As Navia wants her teams to create Crystallize shards, characters who can apply elements fast enough like Fischl, Yelan, or Furina to make such shards are recommended.

Gains Geo Infusion after Skill Use

Navia gains Geo Infusion after using her Elemental Skill, which allows her to be a Main DPS who can create Crystallize shards on-field.

Elemental Burst

As the Sunlit Sky's Singing Salute

On the orders of the President of the Spina di Rosula, call for a magnificient Rosula Dorata Salute. Unleashes a massive cannon bombardment on opponents in front of her, dealing AoE Geo DMG and providing Cannon Fire Support for a duration afterward, periodically dealing Geo DMG to nearby opponents. When cannon atacks from Rosula Dorata Salute hits opponents, Navia will gain 1 stack of Crystal Shrapnel. This effect can be trigger up to once every 2.4s.

Passive Shrapnel Generation

Her Elemental Burst summons cannon bombardments that periodically target enemies with Geo DMG. This also allows her to get Crystal Shrapnels while the burst is active.

Charlotte	Now that her father's name's been cleared, and the case of the serial disappearances of young women is resolved, I guess Navia must be able to finally breathe a little easier. I don't know why, but somehow, she's found herself at the epicenter of all sorts of bad news lately... Luckily for her, I've been snatching up all the articles that mention her and doing whatever. damage control I can before they get published. Heh, and uh... then getting told off constantly by Euphrasie for interfering... But. y'know, I think Navia deserves a break, so I'm happy.to take one for the team. Also, she agreed to do an in-depth exclusive interview, which definitely sweetens the deal!
Chevreuse	I've heard about the murder case involving Navia's father. It caused quite the stir in the Maison Gardiennage at the time. It was the source of many disagreements, I believe. Fortunately, the truth has come to light and the true culprit has been held accountable... Justice may not always be swift, but it always prevails in the end.
Chiori	She used to beg me to help her design all kinds of strange things. For example, little crowns for every handle on a ship's helm... I couldn't help but roll my eyes at her request, and tell her that the most I would do is design her hat like a boat. Those who say I'm ahead of my time have clearly never spoken to her.

Chiori	About Chiori Ah, the fashion designer who bought the coolest Inazuman trends to Fontaine? She's actually been a great help to the Spina behind the scenes. She says my unorthodox ideas always give her a lot of inspiration for her work, and from what I can tell, I think she means it. Still, she drew the line at the request for a ten-meter tall top hat. *sigh*Missed opportunity, if you ask me... Imagine seeing one of those in front of the shop! It would be a great way to draw in customers.
Clorinde	About Clorinde She might not say much, or show a lot of emotion, but I can tell that she feels deeply. After my father's death, I...well, it caused quite a rift between us for a long time. But even then, I never did like having her constantly walking on eggshells around me... I much prefer how things are now.
Furina	About Furina I was lucky enough to catch her in an opera when I was young. Even though it was a charity show, the tickets were nearly impossible to get! She was performing in character then, but I thought she seemed more in her element then than she ever did as an Archon, giving speeches up in the opera box... Looking back, I guess my intuition is was right.
Lynette	About Lynette I know magicians can often be all bravado and razzmatazz, but I can tell that Lyney is a sincere guy who cares deeply about his friends and family. He's so mature for his age, it catches me off guard sometimes... Oh, and how could I forget - it was so kind of him to try and cheer up the children in Poisson with an impromptu free magic show during the flood! I'll have to invite him and Lynette over some macarons at my place when I get the chance. Iknow Lynette's always conjuring teacupsout of thin air, so surely at least she's a fan of a proper tea break?

Neuvillette	About Neuvillette Ah, how to describe Monsieur Neuvillette... He's...complex, in some ways - bet very straightforward in others. I guess a good analogy would be rocky reefs in the sea: Trying to navigate through obstacles you can't see makes for a bumpy side, but if you can't figure out how they work, you start to spot the signs.
Wriothesley	About Wriothesley Trying to discuss anything with that guy is an exhausting process. Clorinde says I needn't have any reservations about collaborating with him in the scope of our preexisting agreement, but I still shouldn't trust everything that comes out of his mouth. No wonder my father never tried to get involved with the affairs of the fortress... I think I'll play it safe and keep things that way.
