You can unlock Escoffier's Story Quest, Dulciaria Structura Chapter, by completing Archon Quest Chapter 4: Act 5, Masquerade of the Guilty, and reaching Adventure Rank 40.
Escoffier's Story Quest Act 1 Walkthrough

| 1 |  To the start the quest, go to the Quartier Narbonnai Teleport Waypoint in Fontaine and find Navia who is sitting at one of the benches near the Hotel Debord. |
| 2 |  Go to the Fleuve Cendre, where you will find Escoffier at the tavern. |
| 3 |  Return to the Hotel Debord and follow Escoffier to the second floor, where you will see a chef apologizing to a diner. |
| 4 |  Go back to the tavern of Fleuve Cendre. |
| 5 |  Use your basic attack to cut ingredients at the left table. You need to cut 3 ingredients. |
6 |  To use the cold press, activate the Elemental Skill of Escoffier. After activating her Elemental Skill, hit the cold press with her basic attacks until you get 3 ingredients. |
| 7 |  To balance flavors, pick the necessary cards equivalent to the number at the top of the screen. |
| 8 |  Prove your skills as a chef by giving food to Escoffier. She will only accept a delicious variant of food found at the menu of the Hotel Debord. |
| 9 |  To finish the quest, talk to Escoffier outside the tavern. You will find her next to some crates. |
Food Items That You Can Give to Escoffier
Escoffier will only accept delicious variants of food items from the Hotel Debord. She will reject any suspicious or normal variants of a food item, and you cannot also submit a Special Dish.

| 1 |  Wait or adjust the game clock to 12:00 and go to the Hotel Debord to start the cooking contest. |

| 3 |  Make the 2nd layer of the Gateau Debord. To complete the challenge, you must use at least 2 cards of Fruity Flavoring, and 1 card of Floral Flavoring. |
| 4 |  Make the 3rd layer of the Gateau Debord. To complete the challenge, you need to use at least 2 cards of Fruity Flavoring, and 2 cards of Floral Flavoring. |
| 5 |  Use the Elemental Burst of Escoffier to add the finishing touches to the Gateau Debord and end the cooking contest. |
| 6 |  Go to the first floor of the Hotel Debord and approach the cakes at the judges' table. |

| 1 |  Wait or adjust the game clock to 5:00 and find Escoffier at the Hotel Debord. |
| 2 |  Cheer Escoffier up by either getting her coffee at Cafe Lutece or using the nearby oven in order to cook a meal that uses coffee beans. |
| 3 |  Enter the underwater ruins. Once inside, go further in until you climb a some stairs and a cutscene starts |
| 4 |  Make 2 dishes for the Blubberbeasts and use the waterway to deliver the food to them. Use the dome-shaped mechanisms to rotate the waterway. |
| 5 |  After feeding the Blubberbeasts, an Exquisite Chest will appear at the left side of the room and you can go further in the ruins. |
| 6 |  Continue exploring the ruins and another cutscene will play. Dive underwater to go deeper into the ruins. |
| 7 |  Use the jellyfish ability to clear a path. |
| 8 |  Continue swimming and you will find a Common Chest guarded by an Armored Crab. |
| 9 |  Go up to the surface and defeat 2 Praetorian Golems. An Exquisite Chest will unlock after the battle. |
| 10 |  Go up the stairs until you reach a gigantic hall. You will need to prepare 2 dishes and feed them to the Blubberbeasts again in order to move forward. |
| 11 |  Go to the corridor with an Exquisite Chest and continue exploring the ruins until you reach a room with books. |
| 12 |  Once done with the cutscene, head into the next room to the right and defeat the 2 Praetorian Golems to end the quest. |

How to Finish the Cooking Contest
Add the Necessary Cards First
When balancing flavors, add the required number of Floral Flavoring and Fruity Flavoring cards first! You can make the necessary adjustments after completing the objectives for each layer.
Get New Cards

 Use your Elemental Skill to activate the cold press and use normal attacks to get the ingredients. |
If you don't have the necessary Floral Flavoring cards and Fruity Flavoring cards, you can draw new cards by cutting ingredients at the table on the right and using the cold press at the back.
Use Both Cards
You don't need the exact Floral Flavoring cards and Fruity Flavoring cards to finish the challenge. You can always use a combination of Floral Flavoring cards and Fruity Flavoring cards to complete each stage.
