• Chiori provides a consistent and reliable off-field Geo DMG without needing any trigger, as Tamoto is not considered a destructable Geo Construct. • Her Elemental Skill has decent range and damage multipliers which can be useful when dealing with multiple enemies. • Elemental Skill's On-Hit Passive is independent of Tamoto's attack timing, allowing for three forms of Geo DMG at maximum. • Elemental Burst has high scalings, giving her good Burst potential. • Split scaling allows for flexible substats on her build.
Weaknesses
• Low Normal Attack multipliers even with Geo infusion, which locks her in as a Sub-DPS before C6. • Requires C1 for more team flexibility. As C0 requires a team member who can create Geo Constructs to maximize her Elemental Skill damage.

This Chiori build focuses on prioritizing on maximizing her off-field capabilities through her Elemental skill.

Since she scales on both ATK% and DEF%, having a good balance of Main Stat and Sub Stat is necessary. Adjust these artifacts accordingly based on your artifact rolls and what you currently have.

Husk of Opulent Dreams and the Golden Troupe artifact set essentially has slight differences in terms of damage output. However Golden Troupe has less conditions to set up.

Regarding Chiori's Scalings

Scales on Both ATK and DEF

Setting herself apart from the cast of Geo characters, Chiori mainly scales both on her Attack and Defense Stat, so having a fair balance on both will make her a notable presence in the battlefield!

Normal Attack

Normal Attack: Weaving Blade
Performs up to 4 rapid strikes. Charge Attack Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to unleash 2 rapid sword strikes.

Elemental Skill

Fluttering Hasode

Dashes nimbly forward with silken steps. Once this dash ends, Chiori will summon the automaton doll “Tamoto” beside her and sweep her blade updward, dealing AoE Geo DMG to nearby opponents based on her ATK and DEF. Hold Attack: Enter Aiming Mode to adjust the dash direction. Tamoto: • Will slash at nearby opponents at intervals, dealing AoE Geo DMG based on Chiori's ATK and DEF. • While active, if there are nearby Geo Construct(s) or Geo Construct(s) are created nearby, an additional Tamoto will be summoned next to your active characters. Only 1 additional Tamoto can be summoned in this manner, and its duration is independently counted.

Summons Geo Turrets

With her elemental skill Chiori summons her personal automaton doll assistant, named Tamoto, which makes her perform a quick dash forward to the enemy.
Tamoto assists the team by dealing supplementary Geo Damage against enemies over certain periods.

If Tamoto is active and other Geo Constructs are on field, she can summon another Tamoto and do more slashes of Geo against enemies more frequently.

Hold Skill to Adjust

Similar to Keqing and Alhaitham, Chiori can hold her elemental skill and manually adjust where she would perform her dash. You can use this to position your characters.

You can change characters while in the middle of her Elemental skill, offering more flexibility in team rotations.

Elemental Burst

Hiyoku: Twin Blades
Twin Blades leave their sheats as Chiori slices with clean cuts of a master tailor, dealing AoE Geo DMG based on her ATK and DEF.

Geo Burst DMG With Split-Scaling

If the battlefield gets tough, Chiori unsheathes her twin blades and deals AoE Geo damage based on her ATK and DEF stats.

Passive Talent 1

Tailor-Made

Gain different effects depending on the next action you take within a short duration after using Fluttering Hasode's upward sweep. If you tap the Elemental Skill, you will trigger the Tapestry effect. If you tap your Normal Attack, the Tailoring effect will be triggered instead. Tapestry: • Switches to the next character in your roster. • Grants all your party members "Seize the Moment": When your active party member's Normal Attacks, Charged Attacks, and Plunging Attacks hit a nearby opponent, "Tamoto" will execute a coordinated attack, dealing 100% of Fluttering Hasode's upward sweep DMG as AoE Geo DMG at the opponent's location. Tailoring: • Chiori gains Geo infusion for 5s. • When on the field, if Chiori does not either tap her Elemental Skill or use a Normal Attack within a short time after using Fluttering Hasode's upward sweep, the Tailoring effect will be triggered by default.

Quickswap Usage

Tapping the Elemental Skill allows the player to immediately switch to the next character in their roster, and this skill can be performed either on the ground or mid-air.

This is often used in quickswap compositions to switch the character mid-air for a plunging attack, or to bypass the character switch cooldown and keep the rotations going.

Enables On-Field Chiori Playstyle

Using your Normal Attack after using your Elemental Skill instead gives Chiori Geo Infusion, giving her a chance to stay on-field to deal some damage.

Passive Talent 2

The Finishing Touch
When a nearby party member creates a Geo Construct, Chiori will gain 20% Geo DMG Bonus for 20s.

Passive Talent 3

Brocaded Collar's Beauteous Silhouette
When any party member is wearing an outfit apart from their default outfit, or is wearing a wind glider other than the Wings of First Flight, your party members will obtain the Swift Stride effect: Movement SPD is increased by 10%. This effect does not take effect in Domains, Trounce Domains, and the Spiral Abyss. Swift Stride does not stack.

Charlotte	I did a little snooping around at Chioriya Boutique once. Aside from the wealthy housewives of Fontaine and the box-ticking tourists from overseas, some of the regular customers there look like really rough characters! Big muscly types with scars on their face, guys in masks and hats with their swords drawn... But they always come bearing gifts and acting like humble servants. Uh... Well, mostly. Anyone with a bad attitude is literally sent flying back out the door. Seriously! I snapped a photo of a guy being thrown out once, he was like four feet in the air!
Chevreuse	Chiori's method of resolving disputes is bit radical. But, she has quite the network at her disposal and has provided the Special Security and Surveillance Patrol with intelligence on more than one occasion. In return, I turn a blind eye whenever she throws someone out the door or runs a malignant competitor out of business. If you look into it, you'll find that Chiori is always in the right. She's just not the type to waste her breath on explanations.
Clorinde	I've bought clothes from her store before. They're good quality. But most of the time, I prefer to wear my work uniform. Partly because it serves to clearly communicate my identity, and partly because I like things that are familiar. Just like my sword, this uniform is familiar and. functional — I have no desire to change it.
Kirara	She's really nice to me. I often ran into her in the past when she was out researching ways to make fabrics and develop color palettes. She was always worried that I'd leave claw marks all over her beautiful textiles, but come on, why would I do that to her? She's running a store in Fontaine now and sometimes asks me to deliver stuff to her. Hehe, she even helped me tailor the clothes I'm wearing now.
Lynette	The costumes Lyney and I wear for performances were specially tailored by Chiori. Once, Lyney was using a small knife for a magic trick, and accidentally cut the cuff of his sleeve a bit. She scolded us nonstop... it was scary. Luckily, I can hide behind Lyney whenever we go to her shop.
Lyney	Flattery won't get you anywhere with her. She'll only give those who can truly appreciate her art. a second look. How does she see me, you ask? Come on now, that hurts! Not only am I a connoisseur of the arts, but honest about it too, as I am in all my dealings!
Navia	Ah, the fashion designer who bought the coolest Inazuman trends to Fontaine? She's actually been a great help to the Spina behind the scenes. She says my unorthodox ideas always give her a lot of inspiration for her work, and from what I can tell, I think she means it. Still, she drew the line at the request for a ten-meter tall top hat. *sigh*Missed opportunity, if you ask me... Imagine seeing one of those in front of the shop! It would be a great way to draw in customers.

Ayaka	About Ayaka If I wasn't always slipping away to go play when I was a child, I probably would never have had the chance to meet the young lady of the Kamisato Clan. There was one time when I climbed my way into the Kamisato Clan's courtyard, and her Temari just happened to roll over towards the wall. I could tell that she was both surprised and happy to see me. We played together and chatted for quite some time, but I was discovered in the end. And so, our brief friendship came to an end as I was kicked off the premises.
Charlotte	About Charlotte One time, Charlotte came into the shop, hoping to do an interview with me. I told her there was no point, because there was nothing new to talk about. But just as she was leaving, a drunkard came stumbling into the shop and started causing trouble. She recorded the whole thing... What a fiasco. I've heard of journalists chasing leads, but now it seems news chases the journalists.
Chevreuse	About Chevreuse Working with Chevreuse and talking with her are a cinch. So easy, in fact, that whenever I say goodbye to her and return to tending to my customers again, it takes me a moment to shift gears mentally.
Emilie	About Emilie Emilie's perfumes are very popular. We have a business agreement where I ask her to deliver small quantities of perfume she's working on to Chioriya Boutique. I let Eloffe secretly spray the perfume in the fitting room, and then I'll let her know any feedback I get from the customers. Even after all this time, I've never once had a customer ever say that my fitting room smelled strange. In fact, they usually come one after another to ask where they can buy the fragrance. Out of curiosity, I always buy a bottle when she brings them to sell in her shop. I have to say that such fragrances which can always bring a sense of refreshment are truly works of art.
Kirara	About Kirara While I was still in Inazuma, there was a cat with green eyes that always liked to follow me whenever I went out into the wild in search of inspiration. The kitty seemed to be very interested in the colors and patterns of the fabric I was carrying. She would even come up and rub her head against my legs when she was in a good mood. Later, I recognized those green eyes again, but on a girl with two tails. The way she gazed at new and intriguing things still had not changed after so many years.
Lynette	About Lynette The magician's assistant sure doesn't say much, but I know she trusts me. You know, I sure get a lot of love from cats...
Lyney	About Lyney I can't make a hat that could hide secrets, but it seems Lyney can enchant his hat to do just that... Navia	About Navia She used to beg me to help her design all kinds of strange things. For example, little crowns for every handle on a ship's helm...
