Blizzard Strayer is a very good Artifact Set if you want your DPS to deal a lot of CRIT hits, provided that the enemy can be affected by Cryo.

The character using the 4-piece set of this artifact will get not only a boost on Cryo DMG but also get an additional +40% CRIT Rate when enemies are affected by Cryo and Frozen.

So we recommend you pair your Cryo DPS with a Hydro character!

Ganyu	• Ganyu deals massive Cryo DMG on all her attacks so the 4-piece set will strengthen her Cryo DMG on her Charged Attack, Elemental Skill, and Elemental Burst. • Her Charged Attack boosts her Crit Rate by 20% for 5s so when they get affected by Cryo, Ganyu will get an additional 20% CRIT Rate and another 20% if her enemies get Frozen. • Plus, Ganyu's AoE Elemental Burst can grant 20% Cryo DMG which will have a total of +35% with this set.
Ayaka	• Currently Ayaka's best 4pc. Artifact set. • Boosts the damage of Ayaka's Normal Attacks, Elemental Skill, and Elemental Burst.
Shenhe	• Good alternative set if users wan't to give Shenhe more personal damage.
Kaeya	• The 4-piece set on Kaeya would boost his Cryo DMG and his CRIT Rate would scale up when he applies Cryo or Frozen on his enemies.
Chongyun	• Chongyun's Elemental Skill and Burst inflicts Cryo DMG on his enemies and a 4-piece set would strengthen that. • In addition, Chongyun's AoE Elemental Skill deals constant Cryo and create many opportunities to inflict Frozen on enemies which would grant Chongyun more CRIT Rate.

You can get a maximum of 4 bonus substats on any individual artifact piece by enhancing it. The bonus stats you get will be random and will not include the artifact's main stat.

Once a 5-star artifact has 4 substats, every 4 levels of enhancement will upgrade one of the available substats randomly. You can get a total of 4-5 substat upgrades.
