All the Resonance Stone blueprints can only be unlocked by raising your reputation with their corresponding regions. You can raise reputation by doing Requests or Bounties, just make sure you are doing them for the right region!

How to Use Oculus Resonance Stones

Use it to Detect Oculi in the Field

Genshin_Impact_Detecting_Oculus

The Anemoculus Resonance Stone can be used to search for Anemoculi near the player and narrow down the current search area, and the Geoculus Resonance Stone can be used to find Geoculi.

The same goes for the Electroculus Resonance Stone, which can be used to find Electroculi, and the Dendroculus Resonance Stone, which is used for Dendroculi. The Hydroculus Resonance Stone is, in turn, used to find Hydroculi.

Resonance Detection Range

Oculus Resonance Range

This item has a wide detection range and will indicate any nearby Oculi within a circle in your map. The range is generally the same in every region.

Has a long Cooldown Period

Unfortunately, you won't be able to spam these items, as they have a cooldown period of 300 seconds before they can be used again.

Used to Narrow Down the Search Area

Genshin_Impact_Detecting_Oculus

Resonance Stones can only detect Oculi close to you, so it would be a waste to use it from a spot where there are no oculi to begin with.

Crafting the Resonance Stone requires somewhat rare Character Ascension and Weapon Enhancement Materials from the region they are used in.

These are important items used for other parts of the game, so you need to weigh your options carefully before you spend them.

Best Used in Mountainous or Underwater Terrain

Genshin - Anemoculus Hunting

If Oculi are too high above or too far below you, they won't show up on the minimap even if you are in the right area. As such, we strongly recommend using the Resonance Stones in places with great height differences in the terrain!
