Plume of Purifying Light is a fragment left behind by Khvarena entities that can be retrieved with the help of Sorush. There are a total of 36 Plumes of Purifying Light found in the Girdle of the Sands Desert.

How to Get Each Plume of Purifying Light

2		Located on the east side of Vourukasha Oasis, on a large hollow branch.
3		Located by a high, broken-off tree root west of Vourukasha Oasis.
4		Located on some spiky tree roots at the foot of the cliff. The Plume of Purifying Light will move forward a few paces before letting itself be collected with Sorush.
5		Located by the cliffside. The Plume of Purifying Light will move over the cliff and in the air before letting itself be collected with Sorush.
6		On top of a broken tree. The Plume will move a few paces before being collected.
7		By the shore, buried in sand. The Plume will scatter into fragments that you need to collect within the time limit.
8		Underground at an arena during the Khvarena of Good and Evil quest. The Plume will scatter into fragments with a core that you need to collect within the time limit.
9		Activate the Fravashi Tree and finish the quest by collecting all fragments within the area.
10		Found on top of a cactus. The Plume will travel a few paces before being collected.
11		Found on top of a cactus beside the waypoint. The Plume will scatter into fragments and a core that you need to collect within the time limit.
12		Activate the Fravashi Tree and finish the quest by collecting all fragments within the area.
13		Floating by a cliff next to the large spike during the Khvarena of Good and Evil quest. The Plume will scatter into fragments and a core that you need to collect within the time limit.
14		On top of a pillar underground inside a cave leading just before the Iniquitous Baptist boss. The Plume will travel a few paces before being collected.
15		On top of a gray crystal formation. Fragments will make a trail towards a nearby Treasure Hoarder camp.
16		Activate the Fravashi Tree and complete the quest by defeating all enemies.
17		Found on top of a gray crystal. The Plume will move a short distance before being collected.
18		Located underground by a cliff near an Eremite Floral Ring-Dancer during the Khvarena of Good and Evil quest. The Plume will scatter into fragments and a core that you need to collect within the time limit.
19		Activate the Fravashi Tree and complete the quest by collecting all fragments within the area.
20		Underground Fravashi Tree beneath a cliff. The residual Pari will ask for you to defeat the monsters for the plume.
21		Find the Fravashi Tree underground. The entrance is right beside the nearest Teleport Waypoint. Follow the path to a Hilichurl camp and look for the smaller tunnel path. The residual Pari in this tree will ask for Udumbara Pistils in the Asipattravana Swamp.
22		On top of a rock, located beside a Four-Leaf Sigil and near a Teleport Waypoint. The plume will scatter into fragments that you have to collect within the time limit.
23		Find the Fravashi Tree located in the Asipattravana Swamp and activate it. The residual Pari will ask for nearby Udumbara Pistils to complete the quest.
24		Located on a large spiky root near the Asipattravana Swamp. The plume will move several paces towards a nearby Dendroculus before being collected.
25		Floating just off the cliff, being watched by two Hilichurls. The Hilichurls will not necessarily attack first. The Plume will scatter into fragments that you must collect within the time limit.
26		Floating in the air by a Hilichurl camp. The Plume will move forwards and up a few paces before being collected.
27		Located by the side of the cliff. The Plume will scatter into fragments that you must collect within the time limit.
28		Activate the Fravashi Tree and follow the Residual Pari using Sorush. Fly around the area until the residual Pari returns to the tree to get the Plume of Purifying Light.
29		Found east of Tunigi Hollow, next to a Common Chest. Follow the trail of leaves with Sorush and grab the core to get the Plume.
30		On top of a gray crystal near a cliff overlooking Tunigi Hollow. The Plume will travel a few paces before being collected.
31		Activate the Fravashi Tree and follow the residual Pari using Sorush. Fly around the area until the residual Pari returns to the tree to get the Plume of Purifying Light.
32		From a Fravashi Tree. Finish the quest by collecting all 3 within the area using Sorush's skill.
33		On top of a gray crystal. The Plume will scatter into fragments leading all the way up to the nearby Dendroculus. You must collect all fragments within the time limit.
34		Underground inside a room just to the right of the forge during the Khvarena of Good and Evil quest. The Plume will scatter into fragments and a core that you need to collect within the time limit.
35		Located on some dead branches just by the road. The Plume will scatter into fragments that you have to collect within the time limit.
36		Floating in the air near an archway. The plume will move a few paces before being collected.

How to Use the Plume of Purifying Light

Offer the Plumes to Armita Pool

You can use the Plume of Purifying Light by offering it to the Armita Pool to gain rewards and blessings.

After offering a total of 30 Plume of Purifying Light to the Armita Pool, you can use its blessing to reveal the location of the remaining pieces.

How to Collect Plumes of Purifying Light

Retrieve Plumes With Sorush

You can only interact with and collect Plumes of Purifying Light by using Sorush, a new gadget added in Version 3.6. Obtain Sorush during the Khvarena of Good and Evil World Quest questline.

Activating this gadget makes your active character switch with Sorush, which allows you to collect Plumes of Purifying Light.

How to Get and Use Sorush Gadget

Some Plumes Split Into Smaller Leaves

Some plumes can only be retrieved after gathering the small leaves that it splits into. Follow the trail with Sorush to obtain the whole plume!

Complete Fravashi Tree Quests

Ten of the Plumes of Purifying Light are obtained by completing the Pale Fire quest, which requires you to awaken Residual Pari in Fravashi Trees and complete their quests. This can only be done with Sorush's powers!
