In Nilou Bloom team comps, Kirara can effectively minimize Bloom DMG taken with her shields as a Support, and she can also act as the driver to apply Dendro with her Hold Elemental Skill as a Sub-DPS.

Xingqiu's swords ring that surround the active character can also apply Hydro when Kirara touches enemies, but Xingqiu will need Elemental Mastery as he will most likely be the one triggering the Bloom Cores.

Should You Pull for Kirara?

Will Kirara be worth to pull?

As a support, Kirara would be worth to pull if you are looking for a Dendro character who can also shield, and you don't have someone like Baizhu as your defensive pick for Dendro teams.

As a Sub-DPS, Kirara is an effective Bloom Driver with her Elemental Skill and can also tank Bloom Cores with her shields. Although if you don't have the Key of Khaj-Nisut, you may struggle keeping her shields up as she requires both Elemental Mastery and HP% stats.

Worth to Pull for Exploration?

In terms of exploration, Kirara provides a unique way to climb cliffs faster with minimal work. Although it costs stamina, players may still enjoy the faster movement to climb hills or half a mountain. If you're barely starting the game, Kirara will be worth to have!

Normal Attack

Normal Attack: Boxcutter
Performs up to 4 rapid strikes. Charge Attack Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to unleash 3 rapid claw strikes.

Claw Attacks

Kirara is sword-user, therefore her Normal and Charged ATK will deal a certain amount of Physical DMG to enemies around her.

Elemental Skill

Meow-teor Kick

Leaps into the air with all the agility of a cat passing through the bushes, and thwacks her foes with a flying kick that deals AoE Dendro DMG while creating a Shield of Safe Transport. This will also briefly apply Dendro to Kirara. Hold Attack: Out of her desire to "deliver within half a day", Kirara deploys a Shield of Safe Transport identical to the one that can be created by pressing the skill. She will also curl up into a special express delivery box, entering the Urgent Neko Parcel state in order to move and fight more swiftly.

Kirara's Elemental Skill has 2 modes. Tapping her Elemental Skill will cause her to hit several opponents with a Dendro kick, and deploy a Shield of Safe Transport, which absorbs DMG!

On the other hand, holding her Skill will cause her to deploy a Shield of Safe Transport and enter the Urgent Neko Parcel state!

While in this state, Kirara's movement and climbing speed, as well as jumping power will all be empowered! Also, enemies in her path will receive Dendro damage.

Elemental Burst

Secret Art: Surprise Dispatch
Smash opponents with a Special Delivery Package used for punishing parcel thieves, dealing AoE Dendro DMG. After the Special Delivery Package explodes, it will split up into many Cat Grass Cardamoms that will explode either upon contact with opponents or after a period of time, dealing AoE Dendro DMG.

Dendro Cluster Bombs

Kirara's Elemental Burst will cause her to toss a Special Delivery Package at her target, which explodes and deals AoE Dendro DMG.

After exploding, the Special Delivery Package will split into smaller packages that will also explode either upon contact with an enemy or after a short delay. Each package will also deal AoE Dendro DMG.

Passive Talent 1

Bewitching, Betwitching Tails

When Kirara is in the Urgent Neko Parcel state of her Elemental Skill, each impact against an opponent will grant her a stack of Reinforced Packaging. This effect can be triggered once for each opponent hit every 0.5s. Max 3 stacks. When the Urgent Neko Parcel state ends, each stack of Reinforced Packaging will create 1 Shield of Safe Transport for Kirara. The shields that are created this way will have 20% of the DMG absorption that the Shield of Safe Transport produced by Meow-teor Kick would have. If Kirara is already protected by a Shield of Safe Transport created by Meow-teor Kick, its DMG absorption will stack with these shields and its duration will reset.

Every 1,000 Max HP Kirara possesses will increase the DMG dealt by Meow-teor Kick by 0.4%, and the DMG dealt by Secret Art: Surprise Dispatch by 0.3%.
