i lost to this weapon at 0 pity and i literally have no characters to use it for, so that's not very nice but at least it wasn't high pity or whatever 😭

Yes you're. 3 seconds of increased ATK buff after burst is nothing without repetitive healing. And she won't get off-field ATK%. So a crit stat stick with 12% Atk buff
