I kind of understand limited time event being "locked" for new players ... FOMO sells & all that. But this just feels like an oversight, like they suddenly realised that players weren't that interrested in the character so instead of competing with the usuall rerun banners they just tossed her onto the pile of "regular banner" characters and just forgot that her weapon wasn't accessible.
