Hello 4 anonymous...why would you need Nevi in vape team? His normal attack practically doesn't even count (yes even if it's with weapons 4 stacks of bonus...), so with what you are left? Crit DMG and HP both UNCONDITIONALLY...not bad..and with that? as it doesn't have any condition..he can be used in absolute ang team with this weapon and you don't lose any dmg

Neu can used it too if you put him in vaporize team but i put him in electro charged team because i feel like it :D
