With the abundance of healers and Hydro characters in the game, a 5-star limited Hydro healer should also bring something worthwhile to the table. Unfortunately, Sigewinne's kit doesn't offer much aside from her admittedly good party-wide heals and noteworthy buffs, but she's not exactly a staple or a mainstay on any of her teams simply because she lacks good elemental appplication and her niche buffs are extremely limited.

Sigewinne can buff off-field Elemental Skills with her Convalescence stacks, but along with this limiting restriction, she can only buff 10 procs of such attacks for the entire party at C0, which diminishes quickly the more your team can activate its effect, but this effect provides a significant increase especially if your off-fielder is Furina.

In terms of application, she cannot be the sole Hydro applicator as her Elemental Skill ticks Hydro very slowly, with very low uptime and long cooldowns. If you need a Hydro applicator, you will want to slot-in another.

Furthermore, she requires more constellations to perform better and solve her weaknesses in her existing teams, which for a healer support is not efficient in terms of pull value for F2Ps.

We may hope and expect her kit to increase in relevancy in the future, particularly in Natlan, if the game introduces a character or mechanic that benefits from her kit, like Shinobu's rise with Dendro, or Jean and Baizhu with Furina. Until then, Sigewinne currently exists as a general healer with much better alternatives.

Sigewinne's best build fully focuses on getting as much HP as possible up to a maximum of 65,000 HP to utilize the full effects of her Passive Talent, which increases your party members' off-field Elemental Skill damage. If your team have Hydro Resonance, this goal would be easier to aim and you can focus on other stats like Energy Recharge.

To maximize her healing and off-field buffs, Song of Days Past with full HP stats is the best build for support buffer, but you may use Ocean-Hued Clam to add her own personal DPS, or a mix of 2-pc HP artifact sets if you lack such stats.

Sigewinne's Elemental Burst only deals damage, which you can utilize for a quick-swap DPS-Support hybrid build. Thankfully, Sigewinne's Burst also scales with HP, so get as much HP and CRIT stats to balance her heals, buffs, and damage.

Sigewinne Talent Priority

Sigewinne's healing is found on her Elemental Skill, which you must prioritize first for Support builds. Her Elemental Burst and Normal Attacks are situational, but if you are building her for damage, you may focus on leveling the Burst as well.

Sigewinne's best weapon is her signature, Silvershower Heartstrings, which gives an abundance of HP% stat to reach the maximum recommended threshold of 65,000. It also gives CRIT Rate for her Elemental Burst should you wish to use it.

The only other bow with HP stats are Recurve Bow and Aqua Simulacra. As she is an HP-scaler, Recurve Bow is the more effective alternative as it provides more HP for healer builds.

Use Aqua Simulacra, Energy Recharge weapons like Favonius Warbow, or other DPS bows, should you also wish to add more DPS with her Elemental Burst.

Use Song of Days Past to supplement her buffs for off-field Elemental Skills especially with Furina. Equally, Ocean-Hued Clam is Sigewinne's alternative best if you need more off-field damage through her heals.

If you want to utilize her Elemental Burst, you can use Emblem of Severed Fate to increase its damage. Otherwise, focus on getting as much HP stats as possible. If you lack HP, you can use the 2-pc artfacts like Tenacity of the Millelith or Vourukasha's Glow.

It accumulates healed HP for 3 seconds, then explodes and deals 90% of the HP healed as DMG to nearby enemies. Max accumulated healing is 30,000 HP, including over-heal. There can only be 1 Foam active, but it stays even if you swap out. Foam CD is 3.5s.

Regardless, she can replace someone like Charlotte from Wriothesley teams, or Kokomi in a regular Freeze team to a lesser degree.

This also allows you to run Sigewinne as a pseudo-DPS with her Burst after every rotations.

C1	"Can the Happiest of Spirits Understand Anxiety?" Rebound Hydrotherapy's Bolstering Bubblebalm can bounce 3 extra times, and the first 3 bounces will not cause big Bubblebalms to become smaller. The Passive Talent "Requires Appropriate Rest" is enhanced: Each Bubblebalm bounce adds 1 stack to her Convalescence tally, and the values for the Convalescence stacks' DMG bonus will be modified to: Every 1,000 max HP Sigewinne has above 30,000 increases the DMG by 100. The maximum DMG increase for Elemental Skills that can be gained in this way is 3,500. You must first unlock the Passive Talent "Requires Appropriate Rest."
C2	"Can the Most Merciful of Spirits Defeat Its Foes?" When using Rebound Hydrotherapy and Super Saturated Syringing, Sigewinne can create a Bubbly Shield worth 30% of her Max HP that absorbs Hydro DMG with 250% efficiency. The Bubbly Shield will persist until Sigewinne finishes using relevant skills. Additionally, after Rebound Hydrotherapy's Bolstering Bubblebalm or Super Saturated Syringing hits an opponent, that opponent's Hydro RES will be decreased by 35% for 8s.
C3	"Can the Healthiest of Spirits Cure Fevers?" Increases the Level of Rebound Hydrotherapy by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.
C4	"Can the Loveliest of Spirits Keep Decay at Bay?" The duration of Super Saturated Syringing is extended by 3s.
C5	"Can the Most Joyful of Spirits Alleviate Agony?" Increases the Level of Super Saturated Syringing by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.
C6	"Can the Most Radiant of Spirits Pray for Me?" When Sigewinne performs healing, she will increase the CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG of her Super Saturated Syringing based on her Max HP. Every 1,000 Max HP she has will increase CRIT Rate by 0.4% and CRIT DMG by 2.2% for 15s. The maximum increase achievable this way is 20% CRIT Rate and 110% CRIT DMG.

Out of all constellations, Sigewinne's C1 is her best stopping point to increase her bubble bounce ticks, which prolongs her heal uptime. In addition, this also adds 1 more Convalescence stack for each bounce, which allows her to buff more than 10 procs of Elemental Skills.

Normal Attack

Special Aimed Shot

Fully charging Sigewinne's bow, and aiming it without releasing will shoot heart-shaped projectiles that deal Hydro DMG to opponents upon contact.

Elemental Skill

Teamwide Heals per Bounce

Sigewinne's Elemental Skill allows her to charge up a bubble that bounces between opponents, healing everyone besides Sigewinne for every bounce made, with the number of bounces dependent on its bubble size. You can hold her Elemental Skill to make this bubble grow bigger before shooting it.

Use this as a way to get continuous off-field healing in while your Main DPS takes the field. In addition, smaller opponents will be imprisoned if they get hit by a fully-charged bubble, so use this to your advantage.

Bond of Life Interaction

In addition, 2 Sourcewater Droplets are generated whenever Sigewinne uses her Elemental Skill, and collecting them with Sigewinne grants her a Bond of Life.

Clearing this Bond of Life effect gives her flat bonus energy regeneration of 1 Energy for every 2,000 HP worth of Bond of Life nullified, up to a maximum of 5 Energies, allowing her to use her Burst more often.

Damage Enemies and Absorb Sourcewater Droplets

Sigewinne's Elemental Burst mainly deals AoE Hydro damage over the duration, but it also allows her to absorb 2 Sourcewater Droplets. This means using her Elemental Skill first is recommended for Sigewinne to gain the Bond of Life effect from her Skill.

Passive Talent 1

Buffs Party Off-Field Elemental Skill Damage

Using Sigewinne's Elemental Skill gains a buff for your party members which increases their off-field Elemental Skill DMG based on Sigewinne's max HP. She will need a maximum of 65,000 HP to gain its full benefits.

Note that you can only buff a maximum of 10 off-field attack procs, but can refresh after you use her Elemental Skill again.

Passive Talent 2

Healing Bonus Based on Bond of Life

The more your party is affiliated with Bond of Life, the higher it is for Sigewinne to heal. The maximum outgoing healing she can obtain is 30%, which is 10,000 HP worth of Bond of Life.

Head Nurse of the Fortress of Meropide

Sigewinne acts as the Head Nurse for the Fortress of Meropide, Fontaine's own frontier prison, and works with Wriothesley to provide first aid and overall healthcare to guards, workers, and inmates alike.

Is Actually a Melusine

Although not as visually similar, Sigewinne is also a Melusine! One of the NPCs in the Court of Fontaine points this out, and even notes that Sigewinne does look more like a human than her Melusine bretheren.

This is also referenced by her very special taste buds when it comes to concocting drinks and meals for some of the inmates and Wriothesley.

They're kind, honest, and reliable. When it comes to handling major cases, the role they play is irreplaceable. I, myself, am quite close to several Melusines, Sigewinne included. Melusines have long been one of our most indispensable partners. If there continue to be those who dare to slander and belittle their name, then they'll find themselves looking down the barrels of our muskets.
Clorinde	Miss Sigewinne is an excellent nurse, equally adept at treating the injured and comforting the distressed. I'm sure that her kind and loving nature brings out what little good there may be even in the vilest offenders of the Fortress of Meropide. And maybe that just might serve as enough of a motivation for them to change their ways.
Neuvillette	I don't know how Sigewinne is faring these days. But if I hear so much as the whiff of a rumor that she's being bullied, I shall summon Wriothesley here and demand an explanation. She's so kind and vulnerable... She brought me some Kamera film the last time she visited, and asked to listen to more of my commentary on the water of Natlan... How long is it until her next vacation?
Wriothesley	Sigewinne the head nurse possesses all the virtues associated with the medical profession and genuinely cares for the well-being of everyone around her. She seems to have picked up some bad habits from me, though, like frequently betting with her Melusine friends over who'd be able to put more stickers on my belongings. Hm?
