Strengths
• Sigewinne provides comfortable party-wide healing in the overworld as it's available on her Elemental Skill. • Provides a niche for buffing off-field Elemental Skill talents. • Can trap troublesome lightweight enemies with her hold Elemental Skill.
Weaknesses
• Hydro Application is minimal, which doesn't allow her to be the solo applicator for teams like Bloom, Hyperbloom, or Vaporize. • Elemental Skill uptime is very short, with a very long cooldown. She's also susceptible to interruptions while holding her skill at C0. • Her buff for off-field Elemental Skills is capped to 10 procs across the board, which gets consumed quickly the more characters you have in the party who can activate this effect. • Special Charged Attack currently does not offer any useful utility nor any practical use in combat. • Elemental Burst contributes a bit of damage in quick-swap comps. Otherwise, she uses too much on-field time. Without her signature or enough investment on her equipment to increase its damage, the value of her Elemental Burst diminishes greatly.

Sigewinne's best build fully focuses on getting as much HP as possible up to a maximum of 65,000 HP to utilize the full effects of her Passive Talent, which increases your party members' off-field Elemental Skill damage. If your team have Hydro Resonance, this goal would be easier to aim and you can focus on other stats like Energy Recharge.

To maximize her healing and off-field buffs, Song of Days Past with full HP stats is the best build for support buffer, but you may use Ocean-Hued Clam to add her own personal DPS, or a mix of 2-pc HP artifact sets if you lack such stats.

Sigewinne's best weapon is her signature, Silvershower Heartstrings, which gives an abundance of HP% stat to reach the maximum recommended threshold of 65,000. It also gives CRIT Rate for her Elemental Burst should you wish to use it.

The only other bow with HP stats are Recurve Bow and Aqua Simulacra. As she is an HP-scaler, Recurve Bow is the more effective alternative as it provides more HP for healer builds.

Use Aqua Simulacra, Energy Recharge weapons like Favonius Warbow, or other DPS bows, should you also wish to add more DPS with her Elemental Burst.

Use Song of Days Past to supplement her buffs for off-field Elemental Skills especially with Furina. Equally, Ocean-Hued Clam is Sigewinne's alternative best if you need more off-field damage through her heals.

If you want to utilize her Elemental Burst, you can use Emblem of Severed Fate to increase its damage. Otherwise, focus on getting as much HP stats as possible. If you lack HP, you can use the 2-pc artfacts like Tenacity of the Millelith or Vourukasha's Glow.

Universal Hydro Healer

Sigewinne's main contribution to the team is that of a flex Hydro healer pick that is unique in the sense that her Elemental Burst is meant to keep her On-Field for a short time.

This gives her a unique interaction with the downtime of team rotations where she can go On-Field, use her Elemental Burst, then swap out just in time for the rest of the team's abilities to come back on.

Notable Teammates

While Sigewinne can function in a multitude of teams, she only benefits a limited number of characters specifically, and just functions as a general healer in most teams otherwise.

The maximum DMG increase for Elemental Skills that can be gained in this way is 3,500. You must first unlock the Passive Talent "Requires Appropriate Rest."

Out of all constellations, Sigewinne's C1 is her best stopping point to increase her bubble bounce ticks, which prolongs her heal uptime. In addition, this also adds 1 more Convalescence stack for each bounce, which allows her to buff more than 10 procs of Elemental Skills.

Sigewinne Talents and How to Use

Normal Attack

Normal Attack: Targeted Treatment
Performs up to 3 consecutive shots. Charge Attack Performs a more precise Aimed Shot with increased DMG. While aiming, Hydro will continually accumulate on the arrow. After fully charging, Sigewinne will periodically fire slow-moving Mini-Stration Bubbles toward the target, dealing Hydro DMG. When released, an arrow imbued with torrential energy will deal Hydro DMG to the opponent hit.

Special Aimed Shot

Fully charging Sigewinne's bow, and aiming it without releasing will shoot heart-shaped projectiles that deal Hydro DMG to opponents upon contact.

Elemental Skill

Rebound Hydrotherapy
Blows a Bolstering Bubblebalm that bounces between nearby opponents, dealing Hydro DMG based on Sigewinne's Max HP. When it bounces, it will restore HP to all nearby party members based on Sigewinne's Max HP, excluding herself. Once the bubble disappears, it will restore HP to Sigewinne based on her Max HP value. When no opponents are present, the Bolstering Bubblebalm will bounce nearby. Hold Attack: When this skill is held, the Bubblebalm can grow up to two tiers in size, which decreases for every bounce. Each tier increases its DMG and healing by 5%. Big Bubblebalms will imprison each weak enemy it hits, while creating 2 Sourcewater Droplets. Each droplet she collects grants her a Bond of Life worth 10% of her Max HP. When all Bond of Life is cleared, she regains 1 ER for every 2,000 HP worth of the Bond of Life that was cleared. Sigewinne can regain up to 5 Elemental Energy in this way.

Rebound Hydrotherapy

Blows a Bolstering Bubblebalm that bounces between nearby opponents, dealing Hydro DMG based on Sigewinne's Max HP. When it bounces, it will restore HP to all nearby party members based on Sigewinne's Max HP, excluding herself. Once the bubble disappears, it will restore HP to Sigewinne based on her Max HP value. When no opponents are present, the Bolstering Bubblebalm will bounce nearby.

Hold Attack:
When this skill is held, the Bubblebalm can grow up to two tiers in size, which decreases for every bounce. Each tier increases its DMG and healing by 5%. Big Bubblebalms will imprison each weak enemy it hits, while creating 2 Sourcewater Droplets. Each droplet she collects grants her a Bond of Life worth 10% of her Max HP. When all Bond of Life is cleared, she regains 1 ER for every 2,000 HP worth of the Bond of Life that was cleared. Sigewinne can regain up to 5 Elemental Energy in this way.

Teamwide Heals per Bounce

Sigewinne's Elemental Skill allows her to charge up a bubble that bounces between opponents, healing everyone besides Sigewinne for every bounce made, with the number of bounces dependent on its bubble size. You can hold her Elemental Skill to make this bubble grow bigger before shooting it.

Use this as a way to get continuous off-field healing in while your Main DPS takes the field. In addition, smaller opponents will be imprisoned if they get hit by a fully-charged bubble, so use this to your advantage.

Bond of Life Interaction

In addition, 2 Sourcewater Droplets are generated whenever Sigewinne uses her Elemental Skill, and collecting them with Sigewinne grants her a Bond of Life.

Clearing this Bond of Life effect gives her flat bonus energy regeneration of 1 Energy for every 2,000 HP worth of Bond of Life nullified, up to a maximum of 5 Energies, allowing her to use her Burst more often.

Super Saturated Syringing
Takes out a special Fortress of Meropide-made syringe and assault the area in front with waves of kindness and medicine, dealing AoE Hydro DMG based on Sigewinne's Max HP. In addition, Sigewinne absorbs up to 2 nearby Sourcewater Droplets within a certain range when she uses this skill.

Damage Enemies and Absorb Sourcewater Droplets

Sigewinne's Elemental Burst mainly deals AoE Hydro damage over the duration, but it also allows her to absorb 2 Sourcewater Droplets. This means using her Elemental Skill first is recommended for Sigewinne to gain the Bond of Life effect from her Skill.

Using Sigewinne's Elemental Skill gains a buff for your party members which increases their off-field Elemental Skill DMG based on Sigewinne's max HP. She will need a maximum of 65,000 HP to gain its full benefits.

Note that you can only buff a maximum of 10 off-field attack procs, but can refresh after you use her Elemental Skill again.

When Sigewinne performs healing, the amount healed for this instance is increased based on the total current value of the Bonds of Life on all party members: For each 1,000 HP worth of Bonds of Life, the outgoing healing is increased by 3%. The amount of healing provided can be increased by up to 30% in this way.

Although not as visually similar, Sigewinne is also a Melusine! One of the NPCs in the Court of Fontaine points this out, and even notes that Sigewinne does look more like a human than her Melusine bretheren.

This is also referenced by her very special taste buds when it comes to concocting drinks and meals for some of the inmates and Wriothesley.

Chevreuse	The Special Security and Surveillance Patrol has a long-lasting friendship with the Melusines. We often collaborate with the Melusines who work in the Marechaussee Phantom. They're kind, honest, and reliable. When it comes to handling major cases, the role they play is irreplaceable. I, myself, am quite close to several Melusines, Sigewinne included. Melusines have long been one of our most indispensable partners. If there continue to be those who dare to slander and belittle their name, then they'll find themselves looking down the barrels of our muskets.
Clorinde	Miss Sigewinne is an excellent nurse, equally adept at treating the injured and comforting the distressed. I'm sure that her kind and loving nature brings out what little good there may be even in the vilest offenders of the Fortress of Meropide. And maybe that just might serve as enough of a motivation for them to change their ways.
Escoffier	The Head Nurse, huh... Well, um... She's a lovely person, of course. It's just... her sense of taste is, in a word, unique.... Which I completely understand and respect. I've tried my best to explore flavor through her perspective. But, my biggest takeaway was that she could star in an assassin film. Seriously, try her milkshakes sometime — absolutely deadly...
Neuvillette	I don't know how Sigewinne is faring these days. But if I hear so much as the whiff of a rumor that she's being bullied, I shall summon Wriothesley here and demand an explanation. She's so kind and vulnerable... She brought me some Kamera film the last time she visited, and asked to listen to more of my commentary on the water of Natlan... How long is it until her next vacation?
Wriothesley	Sigewinne the head nurse possesses all the virtues associated with the medical profession and genuinely cares for the well-being of everyone around her. She seems to have picked up some bad habits from me, though, like frequently betting with her Melusine friends over who'd be able to put more stickers on my belongings. Hm? No, I'm not actually bothered by it.

But luckily, Chiori offers a Melusine tailoring service, so now all my Melusine friends have the chance to wear the pretty clothes they love.
Clorinde	About Clorinde Miss Clorinde doesn't make a lot of facial expressions when she talks. It's pretty difficult to tell what mood she's in from what her face is doing... She used the lipstick I gave her? Really? Hee-hee, I'm so glad she likes it! I knew that color would go great on her!
Emilie	About Emilie I always see Miss Emilie's perfumes being recommended in beauty magazines. So I've hatched a plan. The next time I take a vacation, I'm gonna cut my visit to the Palais Mermonia a little short, so I can take some time to go shopping in the Court of Fontaine. I'm gonna buy loads and loads of Emilie's perfumes to bring back and give to all the lovely little girls here, hee-hee.
Escoffier	About Escoffier Miss Escoffier wasn't in the Fortress long, but she was a delightful presence! Whenever I made her a beverage, she would get so serious, taking these small, careful sips, it took her forever to finish! And then, she would go into a bunch of detail about the flavor profile... A lot of it went over my head, but the way her face would contort in response to the flavor was so cute! I should send her some milkshakes for old time's sake!
Freminet	About Freminet He made a point of coming to thank me after he recovered - what a lovely boy. He speaks so quietly, though... He probably doesn't go out of his way to talk to other people much. But I could tell that he has a rich and detailed inner world, because he looked so captivated as he was looking through some Melusines' paintings.
Lynette	About Lynette Lynette is cute two times over: human-being-cute, and kitty-cute! After observing her a little bit, I noticed that her ears lean forward when she's having tea and cake. Hee-hee, I just wanna stroke her on the head... You too? Why don't we ask her for permission next time?
Lyney	About Lyney I still feel sorry for firing that tranquilizer shot at Mr. Lyney... It was an emergency situation, and that was the least harmful way of incapacitating him... Thankfully, he was okay with letting me take care of Mr. Freminet once he understood that I bore them no ill will.
Navia	About Navia The Fontaine Beauty Association holds regular meetings, and I really appreciate getting the chance to chat with everyone there. Most people, when I compliment them, just blush, lower their head, and try to brush it off. But Navia's different - she's always very happy to receive praise, and then she comes to shake my hand and take a photo with me as a souvenir. She's like a shining yellow rose who lights up the world around her, and whether it's daytime or nighttime, suńny or gloomy, she always looks dazzling.
Neuvillette	About Neuvillette Respect: Monsieur Neuvillette was the one who brought the Melusines to the Court of Fontaine and found jobs for us to do. Together, we integrated into Fontaine society and learned about the wonders of humanity. I have huge respect for him, and I really like humans too. Hmm? Who would I save first if Monsieur Neuvillette and a human fell into the water? Well, that's easy. He'd definitely help me bring the human safely to shore. Familiars: We Melusines are Monsieur Neuvillette's familiars, but that doesn't mean he shows us any favor beyond what is fair and legal. I willingly accepted when he put me on trial, and I fully agreed with his verdict. I remember the day I left for the Fortress of Meropide, it was raining really hard. But I didn't feel like the raindrops were cold at all. They were warm and gentle, just like the way Monsieur Neuvillette looks at me...
Wriothesley	About Wriothesley The Duke has the highest pain tolerance of anyone I've ever met. He wasn't always big and strong like he is now, but even in the beginning, he'd always refuse an anesthetic injection when he came to the infirmary to get stitches. He'd say something about wanting to keep a sharp mind, or something. I thought to myself, wow, what an impressive little grown-un he is. He's gone on to become an equally impressive big grown-up, too.
