On-Field DPS Set for Natlan Characters
The Obsidian Codex artifact set benefits on-field characters who can use Natlan's main combat mechanic, Nightsoul's Blessing. This set allows you to stack more CRIT DMG as a result of getting an easy 40% CRIT Rate.
However, Natlan characters are the only one who can use its full effects as there are no characters yet who are able to give Nightsoul's Blessing to anyone who are not from Natlan.

Obtain from the Sanctum of Rainbow Spirits Artifact Domain
Obsidian Codex can be obtained from the Domain of Blessing - Sanctum of Rainbow Spirits, an artifact domain in Natlan's Toyac Springs Region.
Along with the other artifact sets, Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City, they are the first artifact introduced in the region of Natlan in Version 5.0!

You can get a maximum of 4 bonus substats on any individual artifact piece by enhancing it. The bonus stats you get will be random and will not include the artifact's main stat.
Once a 5-star artifact has 4 substats, every 4 levels of enhancement will upgrade one of the available substats randomly. You can get a total of 4-5 substat upgrades.
