Located in the Faded Theater Domain in Fontaine

You can farm Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy in the Faded Theater domain, which can be found on the island of Petrichor in the Nostoi Region, which is south of Fontaine and north off the coast of the Sumeru Desert!

The domain also rewards the Unfinished Reverie set.
