Depending on your chosen build, a Shatter Team would be your best bet in dealing maximum DMG to your opponents to utilize his passive. A good Hydro unit like Xingqiu or Yelan will synergize well with Freminet's reliance on his Normal Attacks.

Normal Attack

Normal Attack: Flowing Eddies
Perform up to 4 consecutive strikes. Charge Attack Drains Stamina over time to perform continuous spinning attacks against all nearby opponents. At the end of the sequence, performs a more powerful slash.

Elemental Skill

Pressurized Floe

Perform an upward thrust that deals Cryo DMG and causes Freminet to enter Pers Timer for 10s. While Pers Timer is active, his Elemental Skill will turn into Shaterring Pressure. Pers Timer When Freminet uses Normal Attacks, he will also unleash waves of frost that deal Cryo DMG and increase Pers's Pressure Level. The accompanying Cryo DMG dealt this way is considered Elemental Skill DMG. Shattering Pressure Executes different sorts of attacks based on the Pressure Level of Pers Timer, and then cancels Pers Timer.

Elemental Skill: Pressurized Floe

Freminet, after thrusting upwards and dealing Cryo DMG, will enter the Pers Timer state for 10 seconds, converting his Normal Attacks to Shattering Pressure. Each hit from Shattering Pressure will add 1 Pressure level to Pers Timer, max 4 levels.

Once a level has been reached, cast Pressurized Floe again to unleash an attack based your Pressure level. Additionally, Arkhe: Pneuma will be unleashed, dealing Pneuma-algned Cryo DMG at certain intervals during the skill's duration.

Pers Timer Pressure LVL 0

Freminet does an upward thrust that deals Cryo DMG against a single target. This has the highest multiplier for Cryo DMG only.

Pers Timer Pressure LVL 1-3

Freminet strikes vertically along with Pers to deal Cryo DMG and Physical DMG simultaneously. DMG is increased based on Pressure LVL.

Pers Timer Pressure LVL 4

Consume all Presure LVLs to deal massive Physical DMG alone. In addition, Freminet's Normal Attacks will be replaced by Shattering Pressure, which will keep the DMG inferred by his Elemental Skill going for a prolonged period of time!

This has the highest multiplier for Physical DMG only.

Elemental Burst

Shadowhunter's Ambush

Unleash a wave of untouchable cold, dealing AoE Cryo DMG, resetting the CD of the Elemental Skilll "Pressurized Floe", and causing Freminet to enter Subnautical Hunter mode for 10s. While in Subnautical Hunter mode, Freminet's resistance to interruption will increase, and his Elemental Skill "Pressurized Floe" will obtain the following buffs: • CD is decreased by 70%. •Normal Attacks will increase the Pers Timer by 1 additional Pressure Level, and the frost released by his Normal Attacks deal 200% of their original DMG.

Elemental Burst: Shadowhunter's Ambush

Freminet deals AoE Cryo DMG in his immediate vicinity and resets the CD of Pressurized Floe. He then enters the Subnautical Hunter state for 10 seconds, which gives him more interruption resistance, cooldown reduction, and increased DMG.

When Freminet unleashes Pressurized Floe: Shattering Pressure, if Pers Timer has yet to reach Pressure Level 4, the CD of Pressurized Floe will be decreased by 1s.

Arlecchino	Freminet has a complex mind and often hides his emotions. He blames himself for things that aren't his doing and allows them to eat away at his conscience. I would imagine the other children might find it difficult to understand his manner of thinking, but you seem to share a similar delicate sensibility — perhaps you two would make good friends.
Charlotte	I've met Freminet a few times since being introduced. He quickly took an interest in Monsieur Verite - that's my Kamera-slash-assistant - and even made a few improvements to my lenses. I gotta say, though, my heart was in my mouth watching him completely dismantle Monsieur Verite in a matter of seconds... Amazing he managed to reassemble it just as swiftly. He seems very experienced - I was convinced he must have graduated from the Fontaine Research Institute, but he denied it.
Chevreuse	I once saw Freminet in a shop when we both reached for the same gadget. It was the last one available, but just as I was about to tell him he could have it, he withdrew his hand and ran out of the store. It might sound odd, but he fled like the Gardes were after him.
