To reveal the initial map for Enkanomiya, you have to examine an Inscribed Map. You will automatically come across this map during the ''From Dusk to Dawn in Byakuyakoku,'' during ''The Subterranean Trials of Drake and Serpent.''
Even after revealing the Enkanomiya map, there will still be 3 missing islands. You can only reveal these islands and activate their waypoints after starting the ''Erebos' Secret'' quest series.

Full Enkanomiya Waypoint Guide
Enkanomiya is found in Watatsumi Island, Inazuma. Players will be able to access the Enkanomiya area with the mysterious, glowing pool of water by Sangonomiya.

The main quests required for unlocking Enkanomiya are ''The Moon-Bathed Deep'' and ''The Still-Water's Flow.'' You have to completed the Moon-Bathed Deep series before unlocking the other one.
Even as you enter Enkanomiya, there will still be restrictions! Some quests and features are only unlocked by completing the ''From Dusk to Dawn in Byakuyakoku'' quest series.
Finish ''The Entrance to Tokoyo'' and ''The Subterranean Trials of Drake and Serpent.''
Treasure Chests do not appear to respawn in Genshin Impact. However, some Treasure Chests may appear after your World Level or Adventure Rank increases or after a Version Update.

According to Watatsumi Island lore acquired from the Moon-Bathed Deep quests, the residents of Watatsumi Island were originally trapped in Enkanomiya.
After taking pity on the people trapped in Enkanomiya, Orobashi created Watatsumi Island and a safe path to Watatsumi Island to help.
