How to Get Spectral Barrel Bomb
Obtained From Login Bonuses and Bounties
The Beach Bomb is directly tied to the Dreamspell Event, meaning that this item is available when the Dreamspell Festival is active.
The Spectral Barrel Bomb can be obtained from Login Bonuses and Bounties. Simply talk to the Palico Support Desk, and choose the dialogue option for Login Bonuses or View Bounties to see if you can claim a Blossomdance Ticket.
Keep in mind that to access the Login Bonuses and Bounties, you must be connected to the internet. These are not claimable in offline single player mode.
Festival of Accord: Dreamspell Event Guide
Obtain Through Dreamwalker Set
Wearing at least 2 pieces of the Dreamwalker α Armor Set will activate the Dreamspell Boon set skill, which adds special items to your quest rewards.
The Spectral Barrel Bomb is one of these items, but it can also reward event items such as Dreamspell Ticket and Dreamspell Voucher.
Can be Traded for in Provisions Stockpile
You can trade excess Dreamspell Tickets in the Provisions Stockpile to claim a Spectral Barrel Bomb. Provisions Stockpile can be found in every Base Camp in all locales.
How to Use Spectral Barrel Bomb
Can Be Used During Combat
The Spectral Barrel Bomb can be used in combat to provide an additional burst of damage. Highly effective to place when the monster is sleeping.
Deals Damage to Nearby Units
When used, the player will put down the Spectral Barrel Bomb on their current location. The Spectral Barrel Bomb will detonate when it is hit by an attack, dealing 120 damage to units nearby. The explosion will also affect the player and allies who are nearby.
Deals Double Damage to Sleeping Monsters
Spectral Barrel Bombs deal double damage when the monster is asleep. In this scenario, a Spectral Barrel Bomb will deal 240 damage.

The Spectral Barrel Bomb can be thrown towards the direction the player is facing. It will then proceed to roll until it collides with a monster or terrain, which will detonate it.
Occupies Large Barrel Bomb Item Pouch Space
