Completing this request for Rowan the Sailor rewards you with a Dragonbone Artifact, which is a forging material, and the upgraded designs for both the Freezer Speartuna+ and the Ample Bowfish+.
The Freezer Speartuna+ is a Great Sword, while the Ample Bowfish+ is a Bow. Both can be found and forged under their respective weapon's Speartuna Trees.
Aurora Somnacanth can be captured in one of the following Master Rank Quests, or through a Master Rank Expedition Tour.
