Prized Mushroom can be gathered from Mushroom Colonies gathering nodes at the Jungle locale. You can find these at the locations marked at the map above.

Head to Area 7 to Quickly Find Mushroom Colonies

MH Rise Sunbreak - Jungle Mushroom Colony Route Step 1
Go to Area 7 and head inside the cave under the hill to find a Mushroom Colony node.

MH Rise Sunbreak - Jungle Mushroom Colony Route Step 2
Go outside and climb up the hill. Walk towards near the entrance of the log tunnel to find another Mushroom Colony.
