Flouncejelly can be farmed by sending Meowcenaries to gather materials at sparkling Fishing Spot nodes at Master Rank Lava Caverns. It may also appear from Uroktor and other nodes, so you may net extra Flouncejellies per session!
The option to send Meowcenaries to Lava Caverns will be unlocked once you reach MR5.
Do not forget to use a Lagniapple and/or assign your highest leveled Buddies to increase your chance of obtaining this rare item!
