Bnahabra is present in most areas in the game, but it is recommended that you hunt them in the Shrine Ruins.
Look out for Outbreak of Bnahabra as it will spawn in more areas!

The lower level of Lava Caverns is also a good place to farm Bnahabra because you can find it in 3 areas. Make sure to pick up some wirebugs along the way to travel faster!
According to your Hunter's Notes, Bnahabra are also found in Sandy Plains, Frost Islands and Flooded Forest. It is not recommended to farm them there as they only spawn at 2 areas, compared to Lava Caverns that spawn at 3 areas.
One problem when farming for Bnahabra parts is that their bodies get destroyed easily. Poisoning them will solve this problem. You can either use a Poison Coating, a Poison Ammo, or a Poison Smoke Bomb. Once afflicted with poison wait for them to die and then start carving.
During Expedition Tours check the Locale Info for Outbreaks of Bnahabra in the Shrine Ruins.
The locations marked on the map are confirmed to have a surge of Bnahabra during Outbreaks. However, area 5's summit is a little hard to reach. Try other areas that are easier to access.
