MH Rise - Uroktor Locations in Lava Caverns

Uroktor are most commonly found in Area 14 in the lower section of Lava Caverns. There are only 2 or 3, however, and there's a chance they'll burrow into the ground and run away before you can even land a hit on them. Clear them out to the best of your ability then leave and come back later after they respawn to repeat.
