Completing the request called Hinami's New Inventory from Umbrella Merchant Hinami will let you unlock the Ninja Parasol I (Design). This is essential in unlocking the Ninja Parasol weapon tree in Smithy. To continue upgrading this weapon to the Dragondance Parasol in Master Rank, complete the Combo Wizardry request.
