Rachnoids appear in the Areas 7 and 11 in the Sandy Plains. Subcamp 2 is the closest to those areas, so make sure to fast travel there if you're in a hurry.
If you want to get a lot of Rachnoid Silk all at once, we recommend doing THE BEST Quest where you have to slay 10 Rachnoids. Not only will the exact locations of the Rachnoids be shown on the map, but you can also get Rachnoid Silk from the Quest Rewards!
