This request needs you to bring a Healer Palico and clear three Master Rank quests. Expedition Tours do not count and neither does failing any quest. You should be able to complete this request passively if you've been using a Healer Palico. If you haven't, you can finish any MR 1 quest that can be quickly cleared like the Great Izuchi quest or the small monster slaying quests.
You can even bring another Palico with a different Support Type, so you'll be able to unlock the other Secret Support Moves at the same time!

The Healing Clover Bat is a fantastic Secret Support Move to have if you aren't using the Lottery Box. The healing from this move can help you be more aggressive against monsters since you don't have to worry as much about keeping your health up.
