Deal More Damage to Monsters with Iceblight
If you have Iceblight Exploit equipped, you are able to deal 10% more damage to monsters afflicted with iceblight.

and Elemental Blight Guide
Inflict Blight with Snowbeetle or Wyvern Riding Attacks
To utilize Iceblight Exploit's damage boost, your target must be affected with iceblight. You can easily do this by flinging Snowbeetles on monsters.
You can also inflict iceblight with a monster's attacks while Wyvern Riding, provided that the monster can use ice attacks.
Do note that iceblight cannot be procced by weapons with the ice element. You can only inflict blights on monsters through Beetles and from Wyvern Riding attacks.
Effective in Rampage Quests
Iceblight Exploit can be handy in Rampage Quests thanks to the availability of Ice Barrel Bombs during these hunts.
You can simply set up the bomb, inflict iceblight on monsters, and unleash your attacks while they are blighted!
