Complete the request called Folding Inspiration from Hanami the Guide. Make sure to talk to him to receive the Origami Axe I (Design). This will unlock the Origami Axe Weapon Tree. To continue upgrading this to the Blossom Fall in Master Rank, complete the sidequest called Researcher's Request.
