Complete the request from Komitsu the Sweettooth called ArZZZZzzzzuros to unlock Teddybear I (Design). This lets you forge the Teddybear Hammer in Smithy.
To unlock its Sleepy Bear+ upgrade in Master Rank, you'll need to finish the Prized Mushroom Picker request.
