Hunt Aknosom to Get Easily
With the Aknosom being the weakest of the three monsters listed above, the fastest way to farm Flame Sacs is by repeatedly hunting the Aknosom! The Aknosom rewards the Flame Sac for either a carving or a succesful capture.
The Feathered Frenzy is a ★3 Urgent Village Quest is where you first encounter the Aknosom, which is early on in the game. You can keep repeating this quest to farm Flame Sacs!
