You can use this route to effectively farm for all the bone piles in the Shrine Ruins.

Hard To Find Locations
Bone Pile 2 is found atop the hill west of Area 7. You'll need to climb up twice to reach the top from the path heading up to Area 7.
Bone Pile 3 can be found by using the Great Wirebug next to Bone Pile 2. Upon landing, you'll be in view of a wooden arch, Bone Pile 3 is in the plateau past that.
