Purbiruni's Commandment Quest Location
Go to the Akademiya in Sumeru City
Purbiruni's Commandment is located at Sumeru City, in the nation of Sumeru. Just use the Teleport Waypoint in front of the Akademiya's main entrance and head inside.

Complete the Prerequisite Quests in The Chasm

Complete the Investigations in the Chasm Quests
To unlock Purbiruni's Commandment, you need to complete the Mycological Investigation in The Chasm, Paleontological Investigation in The Chasm, and the Hydrological Investigation in The Chasm Quests first, as these will give you access to the Akademiya Recommendation Letter from Khedive!
Purbiruni's Commandment Walkthrough
Search for the Purbiruni Scholar
Walk towards the entrance to the Akademiya and wait for Paimon to remind you about the Purbiruni Scholar. Then, head over to Iris' and Hawa's direction, and ask them about Khedive's whereabouts.
Search for Sadife
After hearing Iris out, search for Sadife further inside the Akademiya. You can see him standing by the bridge that connects directly to the House of Daena, just past the fountain in the main hall.
Find Sadife's Case
Once you've obtained Sadife's Marked Map, teleport to the Garden of Endless Pillars domain, northwest of The Dune of Carouses in the Sumeru Desert. Then, use the nearby Four-Leaf Sigils to easily reach the small plateau in front of the domain!
Defeat the Treasure Hoarders
There are three digging sites you must check to locate Sadife's case. Checking the one in the left spawns Scorpions, while the one across you spawns nothing. Approaching the one to your right spawns Treasure Hoarder enemies so defeat them, and have them return Sadife's case to you!
Report Back to Sadife
Return to Sumeru City, and report back to Sadife. After telling you briefly about the Purbiruni's research principle, teleport to The Chasm, and report back to Khedive.
