How to Unlock A Gifted Rose
Complete The Exile Series
A Gifted Rose can be unlocked after completing The Exile quest series which can be unlocked by talking to Sabbah. The Exile quest series will take two days for it to be completed as it is also time-locked.
The Exile World Quest Chain Guide
Give a Sumeru Rose to Sabbah
After completing The Exile, talk to Sabbah and give her a Sumeru Rose. This will unlock access to the first A Gifted Rose quest, which will be provided by Affan who's outside a house that's just North of Aaru village.

Quest Location
You can start A Gifted Rose by coming from Aaru Village and heading north. There, you will find a house and an old man by the name of Affan.

Time-Locked Quest Series
A Gifted Rose quest series is time locked in Version 3.1. The five quests under it and the Golden Rose Seeds item are locked until the server resets.

Anonymous about 3 yearsYou can also break the seeds open using geo vision bursts similar to chasm resonating. (performed using Zhongli, Albedo, and Gorou) because that's what I thought it meant... 😅
