How to Unlock The Children of Vimara Village
Rescue Rana who's surrounded by Fungi enemies west of Gandharva Ville to unlock The Children of Vimara Village. This will also complete the initial Woodland Encounter quest.

The Children of Vimara Village Quest Objectives
- Follow Rana
- Clear the Withering Zone with Dendrograna.
- Head to Vimara Village.
- Walk with Rana in Vimara Village.
- Talk to Alphonso
- Follow the children to Rana's house.
- Talk to all three children.
- Leave Vimara Village.
Follow Rana
Start the quest by following Rana to the Withering Zones. She'll also introduce herself, as she'll be a very important character in this long quest chain!
Clean up the Withering Zones
Use Dendrograna to the Withering Branches
Upon reaching the first Withering Zone, get a Dendrograna beside one of the Withering Branches on the top right. Use a Charged Attack or Aimed Shot on all three branches to destroy it with the granum's power.
Afterwards, defeat all enemies that will appear. You'll know if you've destroyed all Withering Branches if a big enemy appears!
Destroy the Tumor of the Withering
Once everything is settled, go to the Tumor of the Withering and press the button to destroy it. This will clean up the Withering Zone to its natural state!
The Withering Zones and Decay Guide
Go to Vimara Village and Follow the Children
Head south to Vimara Village to meet the townsfolk. You will be going around Vimara Village with Rana and the children of the village; Iotham, Subadeh, and Kavus. Tour the village with the children, then talk to all three of them to finish this section.
Leave Vimara Village
Exit Vimara Village and go to the designated location northwest of the village. This will complete the quest and unlocks the next part of the chain, Into the Woods!

This quest is the second sub-quest to complete the long Aranyaka quest chain, under Woodland Encounter. Help Rana and the people of Vimara Village to start the Aranara story in this questline!
