Complete the Gourmet Supremos Commissions

You can unlock the Gourmet Supremos: Within Our Duties quest by obtaining the Inazuma commission achievements Meal for Two, A Question of Diet, and Samurice, then completing Julie's Where'd the Ingredients Go commission after Version 3.1.

How to Get Where'd the Ingredients Go? Commission

After Version 3.1, change your preferred commission region to Inazuma until you trigger Julie's Where'd the Ingredients Go commission in Narukami Island. Even if you've already completed this commission before, you must do it again to trigger the quest.

Complete Chapter 3: Act 2

In addition to the commissions, you must complete the final Denouement quest of the Sumeru Archon Quest Chapter 3, Act 2.

The Morn a Thousand Roses Brings Quest

Start Location in Port Ormos

You can start the quest on the eastern pier in Port Ormos, Sumeru. If you've just completed a prerequisite, you can immediately go here to trigger it!

Gourmet Supremos: Within Our Duties Walkthrough

	Objectives
1	Talk to Xudong in Port Ormos.
2	Head to the bridge outside the entrance to Sumeru City.
3	Make your way inside the Akademiya from the teleport waypoint.
4	Talk to Farzah by the door inside the Akademiya.
5	Head down to the entrance of the Corps of Thirty, the Sumeru Reputation area.
6	Walk to Sumeru's Adventurers' Guild and talk to Kamal.
7	To taste the local specialties in Sumeru, head down the Great Bazaar through the tunnel and talk to Shevirme.
8	Change the time to 08:00 - 12:00 tomorrow.
9	Return to the Akademiya and talk to Xudong.
10	Talk to Kamei Munehisa down the waterfall by the ravine south of Sumeru City.
11	Follow south of the river and defeat the Hilichurls and Cryo Abyss Mage to get the Freshly-Picked Harra Fruit. Bow users are recommended to reach the ones atop the towers!
12	Report back to Kamei Munehisa on the other side of the river and hand over the Freshly-Picked Harra Fruit.
13	Teleport back to Sumeru City and talk to Julie.
14	Meet up with Xudong at the pier in Sumeru City.
15	Go to Vimara Village and talk to Nabati.
16	Head to the other side of the village and give Parvaneh three regular Fresh Fishes.
17	Go to the western pier in Port Ormos then approach the porter.
18	Give two Potatoes to Parvaneh.
19	Go to Caravan Ribat and talk to the Gilded Journey owner, Maryam.
20	Give three Padisarah to Parvaneh.
21	Return to Nete at the Akademiya in Sumeru City to complete the quest.

Gourmet Supremos: Within Our Duties is a World Quest that was supposed to release in the Version 3.0 Sumeru update, but was apparently bugged. This was fixed in the 3.1 update, and players can now obtain the quest!
