You can find the Courage is in the Heart quest in the Lokapala Jungle in Sumeru. Just go to the location and defeat some hilichurls to activate the quest.

Go inside the Aranara House.

Read the inconsistently written notes.

Go inside the cave that leads to the Mawtiyima Forest.

Defeat the monsters under the giant blue mushroom and talk to Arashakun.

Give the Florescent Talisman to Arashakun.

Head up to the mushroom top nearest to the ceiling, which is the Furry Mask Demon King's Camp, and defeat the enemies to complete the quest.

The Cave to the East

Genshin - Courage is in the Heart - The Cave to the East

You can find the Cave to the East just near the Aranara House. Just go east until the words "Mawtiyima Forest" show up.

Go to the Furry Mask Demon King's Camp

Genshin - Courage is in the Heart - Go to the Furry Mask Demon King

The Furry Mask Demon King's Camp can be found at the highest mushroom inside the Mawtiyima Forest. You can use characters like Venti, Zhongli, Kazuha, or the Geo Traveler to get up there easier!
