How to Unlock Memory's Final Chapter

Genshin Impact - Agnihotra Sutra quest chain
You'll need to complete Aragaru's Drawing, Aranakin's Old Friend, and the Aranaga's Memory quests which are sequels to the Agnihotra Sutra quest chain to unlock the Memory's Final Chapter quest.

You'll need to head over to the Mawtiyima Forest northern Teleport Waypoint. Once you get there, you'll need to start heading east towards the watery area of the forest where you'll look for Khayyam.

Head over to Mawtiyima Forest. Talk to Khayyam, who will be near the Wind Current.

Talk to Aranara close by.

After completing the quest, you can go to Khayyam's camp after a day and talk to him to get a checkmark on your Aranyaka journal!

this worked for me, thanks! note: there are 10 eremites (9 + 1 boss) to defeat and an aranara will appear to continue the quest

The quest may be uncompleted. First, teleport to the aboveground Chatrakam Cave teleport waypoint and go directly west. There should be a cave with Eremites there. If Paimon mentions them, you have to defeat them (There are more inside the cave.) After that, the quest will continue. When done with the quest, wait two in-game days, then go find the researcher and speak to him. Hope this helps!
