Collect a Strange Object in the Underground Waterway
To freely move around areas you need for the quest, you need to clear The Chasm Spelunkers. Which is part of The Chasm Delvers Quest Chain.
Afterwards, you need to fish in The Underground Waterway Fishing Spot to get a ''strange object'' then speak to Khedive. Once you speak to him, you need to choose the dialogue reply related to the strange object!

| 1 |  From the Teleport Waypoint, head towards the cave near the oozing concretions. |
| 2 |  Once you're inside the cave, and you see the opening with a tent in the distance, go right. |
| 3 |  Head right past the camp of the Fatui across the water. |
| 4 |  When you're outside the Fatui cave, stick to the path towards the right above the circular pool in it. |
| 5 |  Follow the circular path until you see a cave with a large decorative bundle of mushroom at the side. |
| 6 |  Head inside the cave, until you're in front of a clearing. |
| 7 |  Continue running until you reach the Fishing Spot! |
