Part I of Dune-Entombed Fecundity automatically unlocks after you finish The Temple Where Sand Flows Like Tears sub-quest in The Dirge of Bilqis.

Dune-Entombed Fecundity: Part I Quest Walkthrough
Talk to Jeht and Babel
At the beginning of this quest talk to Jeht and Azariq. Afterwards, talk to Babel.
Entrance of Mt. Damavand
After talking to Babel, head to the area marked in your map. You will fight some Fungi and a Wenut alongside Jeht and Azariq.
Investigate the Camp
After defeating the enemies, you will split up with Azariq. Enter Mt. Damavand and then investigate the Eremite Camp inside.
Mysterious Mechanism
When tasked to explore Mt. Damavand, approach the Mysterious Mechanism and activate it. Afterwards, move forward to the next marked location until you've found another mechanism.
Connect the junctions

| 1 |  Climb up to activate the Pipe Diverter Valve mechanism. |
| 2 |  After activating the Pipe Diverter Valve, head down to enter the door behind you. Use the Everlight Cell to rotate until a beam of light shows up. |
| 3 |  Go outside and activate the Pipe Diverter Valve mechanism in front of you. |
| 4 |  Activate the Pipe Diverter Valve mechanism just behind the treasure chest. |
Once completed, you can enter a door that will lead to the next objective.
Find another way to enter the central area

| 1 |  Go to the end of the room to activate the Pipe Diverter Valve. |
| 2 |  Activate the mechanism near the door and enter. |
| 3 |  Go to the edge of the room and rotate the Everlight Cell until it forms a beam of light. |
| 4 |  Open the Plinth of the Secret Rites to activate the Pipe Diverter Valve again to open up the blue barrier. |
| 5 |  Use the elevator. Afterwards use the Pipe Diverter Valve and rotate the nearest Everlight Cell once. |
| 6 |  Use the Pipe Diverter Valve again and then rotate the farther Everlight Cell. |
| 7 |  Use the mechanism on the next door to enter the room. |
Defeat Primal Constructs to Unlock a Door
You will encounter a locked door on the way. Defeat the Primal Constructs to open the door mechanism that unlocks the next path. After entering the door, head left to collect one of Liloupar's Fragments.
Depths of the Mountain
Move forward until you find a Consecrated Scorpion. Defeat it to unlock another door mechanism. Move forward again until you've found a glowing mechanism.
Protect the Device
Go to the center of the hall. Once you've activated the mechanism, you must defeat all enemies while protecting the mechanism as if it were a Ley Line Monument.
Talk to Azariq
To complete the quest, go to the next marked area and then talk to Azariq.
