Genshin Impact - Agnihotra Sutra quest chain
You'll need the whole Aranyaka questline and have The Final Chapter from the Agnihotra Sutra quest chain done as well to unlock the Aragaru's Drawing quest.

Quest Start Location

Genshin - Aragaru

Start the quest by going to Chatrakam Cave which is north of Sumeru City. You'll need to clear out the baddies in the cave until an enemy called Azrul the Farrokhzadan pops up. After defeating him Aragaru will appear!
