How to Unlock Blooming Quest
Complete the Archon Quest Chapter: Act 4
To unlock the Blooming Sands world quest, you must first complete the Archon Quest Chapter 3: Act 4, King Deshret and the Three Magi.
Archon Quest Chapter 3: Act 4 Guide
Quest Start Location
Head over to Aaru Village and climb atop the watch tower few paces away from the waypoint. Talk to Raef to trigger the quest. Keep in mind that you can only talk to him during daytime!
Blooming Sands Complete Walkthrough

| 1 |  At Aaru Village, Raef will ask you a favor to pick up a package that he purchased from Azalai, for his girlfriend Nermin. |
| 2 |  Azalai is waiting at the village's entrance, few steps from the Statue of Seven. |
| 3 |  Once you've gotten the package, go back to the village and hand it over to Raef. He's still in the same place as you first talked to him. |
| 4 |  After Raef has worked on the flower pot, he'll ask you to deliver it to his girlfriend Nermin. |
| 5 |  Nermin is located on the lower area of Aaru Village, directly beneath Raef's post. You can retrace your steps from the entrance and head to the path going down. You'll see Henna Berries along the way. |
| 6 |  Once you've finished the dialogue with Nermin, you're to go back to Raef to report what happened. Complete the conversation with him to finish the quest. |
