You can find the quest by the mountain above the Pardis Dhyai area. It's the same place where you meet Aradashan.

Legends of Stone Lock - The Four Aranaras.png
Go to the marked location and approach the four Aranara.

Legends of Stone Lock - Before and After Water Drain.png
After talking to the Aranaras, the water will be drained.

Legends of Stone Lock - Left of Sealed Chest.png
Take the path to the left side of the sealed chest.

Legends of Stone Lock - Stone Pillar Seal.png
Move forward until you find another Stone Pillar Seal.

Legends of Stone Lock - Defeat Perpetual Mechanical Array.png
Use Pyro on the Stone Pillar Seals and defeat the Perpetual Mechanical Array to complete the quest. You can challenge the boss again to up to four times to collect four treasure chests.
